Ordered a Decaf Peppermint Mocha at 8:30 I had to leave at 8:48 because my bus was leaving in 2 minutes. Never got my coffee.

A woman was next to me, had been waiting longer than me for.her order. If I was told that (even with 5 ppl working) this was going to be longer than 15 minutes it would've been better and more honest.
There was a line of people waiting inside, and of course a line in drive thru. Can someone please contact me to resolve this?

Imagine showing up 1 minute early for an online order through the drive through and the associates being RUDE because you showed up 1 min early. I’m sorry? Next time, I’ll place my order at the window and it’ll take the SAME AMOUNT of time to make the order I place on site. Rude staff, no common sense to go around.

Kris is a great manager! I had a little confusion this morning as well as a drive thru barista..so I called the store to see what was happening as for I’ve never had issues at this store before. Kris was so apologetic and helpful. She went above and beyond helping me and my daughter receive our red cups ❤️

I get that it's a Saturday morning and it can get busy but those of us who walk in also deserve timely service. It seems their focus is more on the drive thru than those waiting inside. Placed my order at 920a started posting this at 940 and still no call that my drinks are ready. Yet the drive thru has cleared itself more than 3 times as I have been monitoring it. 25+ mins for 3 drinks is ridiculous. Hope this was just a fluke and not the norm for this location. Oh, and maybe have one of the baristas check on the folks waiting on the floor instead of just keeping their heads down.

Horrible customer service. All 4 ladies working at 11:30am on 10/22 didn’t even acknowledge customer walking through the door. If you don’t wanna serve coffee get another job!
