I work near this Starbucks so it’s pretty convenient. I’m a chai fan but on this day they were out. The guy at the register was very helpful in helping me substitute the chai with something else. I instead of chai, asked for this dragonfruit drink- no ice and no milk, no big deal, so I thought…..I also got a sandwich.I went to the other end of the counter to wait… and then my drink came up. Full with ice. I look at it like “ugh”. I say to this girl , I said to her, “I asked for no ice may I have it taken out?!?!” she gives me the death stare and looks at the sink next to the espresso machine and says…. “ the sinks right here you can pour it out if you want “ what!?!?!?Ok, so ….. first of all I can’t. I couldn’t even reach behind her counter, second no one else was there, she wasn’t busy at all, thirdly , WTH!!!!!!!!?????? Rude!!!!!!!!! Excuse me if I’m taken up your time!!!!! Wow!!!!!!!I tried at that point using the top of the cup to get some of the ice out but was just unsuccessful., She was a jerk. A really rude, pretentious , jerk. Hey Starbucks , at St John’s Townes Center, do better. It’s not difficult just being helpful and cordial and professional . Good luck in life to this kid…with the personality disorder and the kindness of a door.

The shift leader, Bailey, was very rude to my friend and I when our transaction did not go through. Instead of explaining why this location does not accept certain payment methods, she gave us attitude almost making it seem like we were unwelcome in the place and STILL had the audacity to ask us for a tip...

I had the worst experience at this location. The service was horrible and the manager and cashier were very rude. I will never come to this location again!

This was the worse experience I have ever had. Food was awful, and the cashier, Brooke Baron, was the worse employee I have ever met. This is a terrible Burger King, avoid at all

They don’t know how to make a frappuccino, they don’t add ice nor blend it. Maybe lazy or just hateful towards some customers. And they expect to get tipped.

When someone pays for a drink make sure it’s full not a quoter empty . Not to mention everything so watery. Also, they make machine where it automatically gives them tip so if you don’t pay attention it will give them tip for their horrible service. I usually avoid this place but each time I give a chance I get horrible service. Back in the day it was better.

Good experience but beware that this is not a corporate owned Starbucks. You will pay for more expensive coffee and less perks. I hate the bait and switch vibes I get from establishments like this so I wanted to warn people.
