Drive thru, good review & order straight. Next day, indoors, no chocolate in the mocha I paid & tipped for. Day after that, I tell the girl at register my mocha had no chocolate, she says they were busy, not even an offer to fix it, so I ordered a 1/2 decaf Americano w/ whole milk. I get it & she never wrote whole milk, & there wasn't any in it. I didn't notice, until I was down the street in traffic. Screwed again for already overpriced coffee. At least they're polite about it. Didn't go back.

The only Starbucks near me and it’s the worst. Mobile orders are never ready on time coffee tastes like tap water! Like where is the coffee taste, is it instant coffee?? I only went back because the last time they told me I had to wait for 22 drinks to be made before my order would be ready. But I will not be going back to this location.

Been comming here for years. The staff is great. Always friendly, look like they are making the best of their day. I think it's a reflection of the employees like Katelyn who is always hustling, positive and smiling. Seems to make a nice atmosphere for the store.

They initially forgot the cold foam on my drink which is why I can’t give 5 stars but they quickly corrected the issue when I pointed it out and even provided a cup with extra. Very good customer service. Will definitely come back to this location!
