This worst experience that I had there on October 18, 2024. Very poor bad customer service will never go there again if you don’t wanna work with customers don’t be behind the counter if you don’t have no patience don’t be behind the counter stay home find another job that you don’t need to work with people. A lady, there a young lady supposed her name is J Also, one of the one who is making the drinks he also had a very bad attitude, so what we doing what we hiring people tolt hat does not want to work She had a very bad customer service. She got a very bad real bad beyond bad customer service just because I was asking for my money back. She had a very nasty attitude with me in front of everybody ever again. If I can give a 0 I will Also she never ask me for my name never gave me a Receive that’s what I call very bad customer service but her Nasty attitude I had to go to the Starbucks on town Center. That’s sad.

I don’t splurge on Starbucks often, but when I do I always get the same drink. I ordered the iced oatmilk brown sugar shaken espresso and I’m not sure what happened but it seems as though the brown sugar sweetener was forgotten entirely. It is so bitter I tossed the whole thing out. The drink was several inches short of the top of the cup despite the ice being nearly melted by the time I picked it up, less than 10 minutes after online order. Kind of wonder if I was given someone else’s order by mistake. Very disappointed I wasted my money on it :( Hoping it was a fluke, but won’t be returning to this location.

The first time I went, they gave me a cold coffee and everytbing was separated. A mouth full of toffee and mocha. NEITHER what I ordered. When giving it back I said toffee and mocha were supposed to be in there. They gave me a new correct order also just layered in the cup. I asked them to mix it up bc I didn't want a mouth full f vanilla syrup, then espresso..
Today was my second time and Shawty Bae at the drice through window was NOT interested in taking my order or interacting with me. I could hear her reading off my order through the speaker as if she was annoyed to have to repeat it. After handing me a drink her interaction there also seemed as if I ws causing her a disturbance to her day. It was a very weird experience... I all around felt like an inconvenience to her day.

We found this to be a basic coffee chain store experience. It was uniform, identical to what we have seen elsewhere, so no atmosphere. But the coffee was just fine and we received good service.

I literally came in this morning hoping for a quick pumpkin spice latte. Unfortunately, I finally got in my car and ended up waiting 20 minutes for a green beetlejuice looking drink. I drove to the nearest trash can and threw it in the trash. Waisted 20 minutes of my life and 10 dollars (with tip) for a disgusting drink that I threw in the trash. Guess this is why Dunkin’ Donuts will always be superior.

This is a fairly new facility and WOW... By far the nicest Starbucks I've ever visited. I have been to a Starbucks in almost every state to include Hawaii and Alaska and to date this should be what the other stores should be modeled after.
