Store is filthy dirty. The floors and table are disgustingly dirty. Tables are sticky and the floors look like they haven’t been cleaned in days. How about taking care of the people in the store and not just the drive thru!

Store was empty, employees prioritize drive through orders. Waited 20 minutes for a tea and food. Employees also using headsets to talk to each other while standing around instead of working. If you want fast service, apparently you have to use the drive thru. Not only was the staff slow and not paying attention, but the store was slow, no reason for a wait of any kind. If this is how the quality of this store is going, I can't wait for Dunkin to open down the road.

What a bad experience I had today at this Starbucks drive thru , I ordered a matcha latte with almond milk, they gave me a a regular latte, I parked and explained the mixed up showing the label was correct but not the drink and the barista was rude and yelled at me and told me to throw that away in the most rude manner, told her not to yell at me and she ignored me and finally gave me my drink, lately this level of service has been a common thing in Starbucks, that’s so sad as their prices continue to increase and customer service shouldn’t deteriorate.

The Frappuccino’s were good however the grilled cheese was all askew, and the restroom didn’t have any soap or paper towels

Understaffed, or just no sense of urgency? Maybe a bit of both? Either way I have given this starbucks multiple tries(even at different times of day) and they have no sense of urgency here. IF YOU HAVE ANYWHERE TO BE, DO NOT USE THIS STARBUCKS. I also tried mobile ordering for drive through and pickup inside… last time I left because it seemed like no one was working the ovens? Like why is there only two people on the floor?! Highly frustrating, the staff is friendly; but Starbucks is all about standards… guess not anymore

I recall the feeling that I would get when my Mom would take me to the ice cream store when I was little. Starbucks has somehow created an atmosphere in its shops that replicates that feeling in this old man’s soul!
