Everytime I mobile order I tip and then they would write something on my cup and fill my drink up. One time I forgot to on the app they didn’t fill up my cup and it looked terrible, once I noticed I tipped them on the app after I went there. That kind of service is sad to see. I choose to tip everytime, but I do not appreciate yall not filling it up all the way unless I tip before hand. I will not come here again. All drink should be filled up and prepared in good standard not because someone chooses to tip y’all dollars out of their own hearts

Apparently, this location is trying out Chick fil A’s drive thru ordering method where staff take your order at the front with an iPad. That would be fine, but this guy wouldn’t let me see a menu. When I asked to see a menu, he said “I can help you, what are you feeling like?” I didn’t know how to answer that question, because Im unfamiliar with the current menu. So I told him that I will place my order by the drive thru menu, and I pulled forward.

I get an awkward and annoyed vibe from the staff, but I assumed it is because they’re teenagers or something. Didn’t think I committed a heinous Starbucks crime at this point. After I place my order, who I assume to be a lead or manager says from the speaker “in the future, could you order at the attendant at the front during peak hours? Thank you.” Sounds like a normal request, but the passive aggression in her tone was palpable. Definitely one of those people who mastered the act of being rude without technically saying rude words.

All in all, they got my order wrong. Gave me full fat dairy instead of almond milk in my latte. I believe it was intentional.

I wasn’t looking to be a contrarian to their new process and wasn’t looking to be a bother. They didn’t have to ruin my drink to spite me. They could have just requested I go inside if I needed to see a physical menu. This shouldn’t have been as big of a deal as they made it. I was just confused.

Store is filthy dirty. The floors and table are disgustingly dirty. Tables are sticky and the floors look like they haven’t been cleaned in days. How about taking care of the people in the store and not just the drive thru!

Store was empty, employees prioritize drive through orders. Waited 20 minutes for a tea and food. Employees also using headsets to talk to each other while standing around instead of working. If you want fast service, apparently you have to use the drive thru. Not only was the staff slow and not paying attention, but the store was slow, no reason for a wait of any kind. If this is how the quality of this store is going, I can't wait for Dunkin to open down the road.

What a bad experience I had today at this Starbucks drive thru , I ordered a matcha latte with almond milk, they gave me a a regular latte, I parked and explained the mixed up showing the label was correct but not the drink and the barista was rude and yelled at me and told me to throw that away in the most rude manner, told her not to yell at me and she ignored me and finally gave me my drink, lately this level of service has been a common thing in Starbucks, that’s so sad as their prices continue to increase and customer service shouldn’t deteriorate.
