The service was absolutely terrible, we went to order our food and drinks and the barista that took our order wasn’t listening and we had to repeat our order 3 times then when we got to the window we were told that multiple of our food items were out. Why wasn’t this communicated to us before we paid? Then when we got to the window i politely asked why this wasn’t communicated and the barista completely ignored me. AND still charged me for the food that was out. Not coming back again.

So, I’ve had the unfortunate experience of encountering the worst customer service at this Starbucks location twice. The first time, I had ordered my coffee through the mobile app and picked it up at the drive-thru within six minutes. However, they informed me that I couldn’t do that. Today, at the drive-thru, the person handling my order was not only unfriendly but also rude. Is this how you treat your paying customers?

I typically do not do reviews, but Hannah made my experience so awful I thought I would share it with the world. I wish to never have to deal with her again.

Hannah was absolutely rude. I tried to order through drive through and she said she couldn’t hear me and to speak louder, so I spoke louder (not extremely louder) and she says “don’t yell at me” with a awful attitude. Absolutely awful

How come online through google says they close at 7:30 pm and then they kick you out at 7:00 pm. They no longer accept orders by that time. That’s called going out of business 101.

I've never picked up an order here without having to wait 20–30 minutes. The dining area is only 10–15% full.
The order usually includes just 1–2 items. Everyone seems to be working, but why does it take so long?
In my opinion, it's the way the work is organized. I suggest that the management come and place an order themselves to understand what's going on — if this matters to you.

Money well spend, the tall gentleman Kota earned every cent of his tip! Not only did he make the best Starbucks I’ve ever, he was also in love with me(I could see it in his eyes(I didn’t mind))

Great place to hang out staff are always helpful and quick. It’s a larger place that you can sit outside if you want plenty of tables.

Stood for five mins and overlooked and told oh well be with you three times.
Our group of 5 runners - 55+ older - visit about 4 times weekly. It seems to be the most spacious SBucks within 5 miles. The efficiency and personality of the entire staff is the best of about 7 of the SBucks we have visited. ALL the available beverages are excellent and brewed to perfection. We'll keep coming back, thank you.
Parking: Also free parking in small shopping center directly adjacent to this Starbucks.
Wheelchair accessibility: 2 sets of double entry doors and plenty of space in the table areas.
Recommended dishes: Panini, Chocolate Chip Cookie
