I’d be remiss if I didn’t send a BIG SHOUT OUT to Jordan ( congrats on your recent promotion) Riley ( Hope I spelled that correctly there’s a few different options) … these two gems made me feel welcomed as soon as I walked in the door..after repeated visits n ordering the same beverage(Quad and skip the lid) if they saw me outside on my phone or in the line and weren’t too overwhelmed, they would have my drink ready as soon as I walked up to the counter. In my opinion, that’s exceptional customer service. Not to leave out the rest of the SB team, they all greet you with a smile, welcome or welcome back.. Taylor and Austin thanks for remembering… I would recommend this location to all my friends, it’s not like it was under the former owner/mgr… cheers see you soon 🥂

Highly recommended! ❤️ The BEST Starbucks is a hidden Riverside gem! If there was another star to give this Starbucks, I’d give it for their high service, friendly atmosphere, and attention to detail. The crew here always cheerfully greets you from the minute you walk in. A special shout out to Rylee and Jordan!!! Great for meeting a friend or a work colleague. Outside patio is large and faces Memorial Park on the St John River in Jax.

Watching the team work behind the bar in complete unison and hear the camaraderie is my favorite morning ritual. Looking forward to many more Starbuck mornings!

I have been a regular customer @ this location for 6+ years. This location is a VERY BUSY one & frequently gets flooded all at once most mornings. The staff always handles rushes and customers with class and kindness from my view point. Anytime I've had an issue it's always been corrected without question. I love my Riverside Starbucks babies!
