The manager here is VERY RUDE! I'd use caution trying to order any additional toppings on any drinks here...EVERY STAR BUCKS I HAVE EVER WENT TO ( and believe me when I say I order damn near daily...the same drink) She thinks she's exempt from the district manager's instructions as well...

Went yesterday for the bear cup people got up early got lines and this Starbucks here the employees done bought up the cups before the doors even open when they're supposed to been for the customers in my opinion every employee that got a bear cup yesterday before the doors open should be fired if they wanted one they should have got in line like everyone else I will make a complaint to the corporate office

The people there were extremely rude and nasty! My friends asked what drink they should get and I simply asked if they liked nuts because I don’t. The barista said “no no not funny no” thinking I made a joke I said “no no not like that”. Then the entire time I was there they gave me dirty looks and stares. Would not recommend!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Out of all the Starbucks locations in Jacksonville, the Oakleaf Town Center one is by far the best! The staff basically know my order down to the last detail, and my drinks are always made perfectly. Everyone is warm, friendly, and always making new suggestions for me to try. I really enjoy the short conversations I have with each barista — top-tier service every time!

The service so pretty nice and the mocha cookie crumble Frappuccino it’s so good I also bought the cookies n cream cake pop and it very cakey.
I’ve never waited more than 20 min for an over priced coffee in my life and this will be the last time. This location has the longest wait times and more often than not they mess up my Carmel macchiato. Go to the one in target it’s way better.

Went to the long drive-through just for a large pumpkin latte ended up with God knows what so I went inside to return and they still couldn’t get my order right, they didn’t clean the mixer and I got pumpkin latte with some type of strawberry lemonade mix 🤢🤮 disgusting will not be going back to this location
