Starbucks @ Jacksonville University

The Starbucks is located on the Jacksonville University campus. It’s a very cozy place to meet with friends or to study. Looks like students are working behind the counter. Nice to see a youth vibe here. The food was good. The cappuccino espresso could’ve been stronger but oh well, my dog had her pup cup. Nice break and some friendly vibes.

I ordered a Caramel Ribbon crunch. I’m not sure what was prepared but there was 0 coffee. It was literally ice caramel and milk 😳

We found this coffee shop to be rather spacious, certainly enough room for the small number of people waiting for their coffee drinks, waiting like us. Well the wait was not too long and we were on our way with our cups to-go.

Every time I have gone to this location there has been some kind of issue. If it is not the drinks being charged correctly but still made incorrectly, then it has been some kinds of customer service issue! I work in customer service management and this level of lack should never be allowed. This location should remove the "Sunshine" kid from the window, and management should be far more thorough and virulent when dealing with customers that have gotten upset due to her employees lack of customer service. Today was my birthday as well, and would have appreciated not having to deal with people who obviously hate their job.

Every time I go in this place it’s torture. The staff is in lala land. Gave my panini away to another person after I had been waiting for over 15 min. I know I know be patient. But I go there for good coffee and convenience!

I called during business hours and I had to call back five times before they finally picked up the phone and hung it up. I had only one question: whether they had Blue Mountain Coffee and I would have been a customer this morning so you guys lost a customer today possibly, if you do in fact serve that brand, and it really doesn't make me in any hurry to go back to Starbucks if that's the way I'm going to be treated.

Made an office run yesterday for three beverages and a sandwich (2 mocha lattes and one iced chai tea). My mocha latte was fine but my coworkers iced chai tea was some sort of very sweet coffee and she doesn’t drink coffee. I hopped back into the car and proceeded back to the store and told the young lady behind the counter that was a coffee – as I handed it to her. She looked and said “no it’s the chai tea” (my friend had me taste it because I like coffee and it was definitely a super sweet coffee drink) Eventually the girl said the “CH” written on the cup looked more like “CM” & “looks like they made a caramel macchiato, sorry about that - will get you another.” Bear in mind this is not a drive up Starbucks. So what should have been a 15 minute coffee run was more like 30 minutes. In the interest of great customer service maybe they could have upgraded it to a larger size or perhaps “for your trouble the next one’s on us” with a $5 gift card? If not for the “sorry about that“ this would have been a one star review.

The best coffee ever. The service is excellent. The atmosphere is relaxing. I like this place and always come back.

Ordered my Italian dark roast with room and got VERY little room. Coffee was good and place to sit hard. The place was full and hopping.

There are more than 12,000 Starbucks stores in America. This one, one the corner of San Jose and University Blvd is is an excellent example of a nicely designed store staffed by courteous Baristas who know how to brew, pour, and smile. On any given day, you will find individuals working on their laptops, and friends in conversation. Oftentimes, you will hear European accents (people who have a fondness of coffee shops in their DNA).

We have a choice of 3 Starbucks near us and LOVE this one the best! The staff is friendly and the store is bright and clean. They greet you and offer suggestions.
