The staff are very pleasant and I love to see them each time I come in! I would have liked to tip them, but unfortunately they don’t allow tipping the staff, which I found upsetting as I’d like to express my gratitude for their hard work and kindness.

This is the second time I go around 7:30pm and staff if very rude and treating one as if they were doing you a favor, unfortunately 1 of the staff members a male one that is always rolling eyes was there last night second time I see him, first time he got mad at the cashier because she took our order and this time well I can assure he does NOT like working there, same attitude, cashier just stared at my daughter with this uncomfortable face and no greeting , absolutely no words came out of her mouth but here eyes were able to stare at my daughter, so she just left, meanwhile I was paying my target shopping when she brought it to my attention, I turned and looked and there she was smiling and talking to another customer. Why does Starbucks have such incompetent personnel? Do they not know their job requires customer service? Or is it because we are latinas? I mean they both looked more Latino than myself…

Lobby was shut down this morning; all transactions had to be in the drive thru. SO SO SLOW!! Late to work today, didn't send a message on the app. This location needs a better morning crew since SERVICE SUCKS!!!

So I went into this starbucks and I waited over 10mins and not one person even acknowledge my presence. The guy making food made him something and walked to the back. Normally I love this place but to be told I can't add something to my drink cause the manger won't allow it is WERID. I order my energy drink the same way at MANY LOCATIONS. But this is the ONLY one that doesn't truly let you customize your drink as you desire. It's okay ill stop at the one on southside before going to target. Just werid behavior.
