Racist and discriminatory-disrespectful behavior: Visited 9/29/24 at 7:30pm: purchased 3 Mango Passion Fruit Lemonades, No Ice on any. The shorter associate handed me 3 pink water filled cups. Informed her it has no lemonade taste just 4 pieces of dragon fruits and ice water and I had asked for no ice. She said with a condescending attitude and roll of eyes, “ok can put some lemonade but if I take out the ice I won’t replace it with lemonade.” I said “no problem, thanks.” She changed the cups, drained the ice and dragon fruit pieces, added less than 1 shot of lemonade to each, barely 3/4 c full and slammed them on the counter. When I asked for the dragon fruit pieces she huffed angrily and went to the back to get them. I said thank you, she disregarded it and gave me a nasty eye roll and turned her back, I said thank you again thinking she hadn’t heard me the first time and with her lips closed she hummed: Uhuh . I asked her for her name as she slapped the tops on each cup and forcefully slid them to me, she turned back and went to the back room. I informed the barista that these actions are completely disrespectful and uncalled for especially in service business, I am a paying customer who approached and made my requests respectfully for what is rightfully mine to be provided. Even the barista refused to give the other associate’s name to me and neither of them apologized. They went to the back and giggled and laughed loudly. All other customers were watching in utter shock. The drinks still had no lemonade taste at all: just water with a few pieces of freeze dried dragon fruits.

I don’t like the lack of concern when someone needs an Oder made correctly. My order was with oat milk and now I’m sick which I can guarantee is because they put milk in it instead. We ordered three drinks and one was to have oat milk. Clearly it was not noticed or not a concern.

I visited 5 /2/2024 at 3:30 PM. It was my first time ordering a certain drink and I let the cashier know that. She was very dismissive and when I told her it was a little bit too much cream in the coffee for me she rolled her eyes and said you should’ve told me that. I told her I’ve never had it before. another girl came up and said we made it how you ordered it. I swear I’m not a rude person at all but they made me feel like I was stupid and honestly just had really bad customer service. They were too busy having a conversation amongst themselves

January 3, 2024 went to Starbucks at 5:30 pm River city Jacksonville, FL 32218 Location six workers inside working got there at 5:30 PM 5 customersIn line through drive-through. They were closed down but still inside working not taking anybody’s order. Then we stopped at the main window and they still would not acknowledge that we were there to get coffee went there last week around 615 pm and they were closed also. Website said you close at 8 PM. This has been happening quite often. At the this location river city 32218don’t know who’s running this store or who’s managing this business, but this is not how you run a business your losses customers got my Starbucks gift cards for Christmas and still have not been able to use them at this River city location, Jacksonville, FL 32218Thank you I thought management or corporate should know about this

I searched online for hours at River City Starbucks in Jacksonville Florida and it said it was open until 8pm. I stood by the door at 6:25pm and noticed employees putting up the bakery on display shelves, and looking at me but would never come to the door. Finally one guy with glasses showed me the hours on a window away from the front door. They close at 6:30pm and not at 8pm stated online. Not happy with this

My son asked for regular coffee with sugar and cream, got a cup of black coffee, asked for extra charge if we need sugar and cream on the side, very bad experience

Stood in line for 8-9 minutes with no one behind me, waiting for the barista to come back and take me order. As busy as they were I understand the food service rush, just lose the general attitude.
They didn't ask for my name, when I ask if it was needed and snapped at that they will call out my drinks. Saying thank you after is not customer service. And I was never given a recipe.

Really wanted Starbies today. There is only one location close by in River City and although I’m not a fan I still keep giving them a chance. Today was the day I decided no more. Not sure who the manager is at this location but there needs to be a discussion on the amount of time you have to wait. I pulled up to order and the gentleman said take a minute to look over the menu. A minute to him meant 15. When I kindly said hello into the speaker he said. “Please give me a minute I am overwhelmed and I can’t even right now just give me a minute” I’m sorry but you may need to take a break and give your headset to someone else. This is unprofessional at its best. Needless to say I drove off and took my money else where. Ridiculous!!!!

The customer service is horrible everyone has an attitude for some reason and that's the norm for the workers here there is always long wait I waited today for 15 for my oder that was kus sitting there unpacked all they did was tape it up and hand it too me that's crazy so either pays your employees more or get new ones with better attitudes
