They are obnoxious entitled and rude I have 100s of friends that travel for buisness and I will make sure to share this evaluation with every single 1 of them on every networking platform.

One of the worst Starbucks you could ever want to order from. This is an AIRPORT, not a SHOPPING MALL. There was only 1 person working and making drinks---and their only speed was SLOW. Do NOT try to order here unless you have 20-25 minutes to relax in a line and wait even longer for your order to be made. Understaffed and too SLOW for an AIRPORT ! Waste of time if in a hurry---which most people are at an AIRPORT. Serious management attention needed here to support the 1 employee burdened with a long line of demanding customers in a hurry. Needs more staff and faster service. Sorry for the rant---we had to board our flight and never got our order.

I don't expect to get the best Starbucks service at an airport but when a drink is made incorrectly and a customer service person rolls their eyes when asked to fix it and doesn't offer to remake it, there is a problem management needs to address. I was so irritated I ended up telling them to forget it and threw the drink out.

I got the shaken hazelnut espresso which has always been good. But when I got it, it tasted so watered down. I didn’t want to go back and ask for a new one since I had such a bad experience with the girl making the drinks. I had asked her for a water at one point and 10 minutes went by without getting some water from her. I didn’t even ask for ice. I printed her again and this time there was no answer. I was so thirsty after eating one of the Perfect Peanutbutter bars I really could have used some water and I was so nice about it. When one of the other girls came along, I asked her and she made some water for me right away. The other girl completely ignored me. She was an African American woman with a few blonde strands in her braids. It might benefit the company to have a conversation with her to button up her customer service skills.

This coffee costs too much for them to mess up the orders. My last white chocolate mocha was so sweet it tasted like a hot chocolate vice a cup of coffee. Please follow your own ingredients.

I recently ordered an iced caramel macchiatto with whipped cream and did not get what I wanted. The lack of attention to detail is incredibly frustrating, particularly when I, as a flight crew member, am looking forward to a meal or drink after a long day of travel.

Employees are extremely unpleasant, I don’t mind the wait as it can be busy in the airport but it’s not hard to be a decent human and at least pretend you like your job. Seems training is needed.

Usually I love Starbucks and never have any issues, however I got my drink after waiting half an hour and it wasn’t right. I asked the worker to remake it and she wouldn’t. I ordered a strawberry Açaí refresher and it came without strawberry’s and there was almost no flavoring. 95% water. If I’m paying 6$ I want more than flavored water :(

Horrible, they said they didn’t have venti cups and gave me a grande they didn’t want to return me the money because purchase in the app they refused to give me the difference in another cup made me wait 5 minutes and gave me the venti that I order, just ridiculous ?

Longest wait ever. Not a long line, but everyone waited forever for their order. I ordered a hot tea and it took 20 minutes to get it!!
