The drive thru barista (on 05/21/25; around 11:45am ish, female, brunette, ponytail) was changing the trash can with no gloves, and proceeded to pick up my food to give it to me. I told her that was unsanitary and asked if she could remake my food. She walked around with my food and brought back the same food. At that point it was watered down, and the sandwich wasn’t fresh. I was in a rush so I didn’t do my due diligence in checking. Changing the trash, then handling food is disgusting. Waste of money.

It was super busy inside today, but I applaud Audrey for the amazing service. She helped me pick out a drink that I liked and was very friendly. It was a nice start to my Mother’s Day.

This place needs help. Service was incredibly poor. Both workers looked completely Miserable and annoyed. The cupcake I ordered I could not eat because it was hard, like many days old hard! My grilled cheese was no where near what a Starbucks ridiculously priced grilled cheese should taste like. And my drink COMPLETELY WATERED down! If I could do zero stars I would. Needs improvement big time!

This Starbucks used to be great, now drive thru times are slow and they often get my order wrong, even when it's mobile. My favorite items are often out of stock --- on the rare occasion the app says they are available, they are actually out of stock when I get there even if I've already placed a mobile order for them.
I work in the Town Center but opt to take the drive to visit the Beach Blvd./St. John's Bluff location instead, as they are ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, Tapestry Park is also a good alternative, just more traffic to get to it from the TC.

It's been a while since I visited this Starbucks and it was a depressing visit. They've remodeled it and removed any warmth from the seating area. Starbucks has given up on the 3rd Place model, I suppose. And the bathrooms. Are you kidding me. Locking the bathrooms in a cafe. How ridiculous is that! Oh, no! What if the wrong person traveled all the way to a Starbucks to use the bathroom! The horror! I grabbed my drink and left. I won't be back.
