Even though the Beach Blvd location was very slammed in the place, it was full to almost 75% capacity or more.
The manager was
still polite,l acknowlege you when they couldn't get to you and the place was still clean.

Just went through the drive thru earlier today, got 3 food items and two drinks, one of the drinks was wrong and they fixed it in the drive thru, but we didn’t notice until we got home that instead of the potato bakes we ordered we got just a buttered croissant. I normally don’t have issues with this Starbucks but those are two completely different items man.

most days i’m there it’s great customer service, but 1 thing i’ve noticed is when they want you out even after 10 minutes, they’ll turn the music up extremely loud, even while using headphones

Come here before work sometimes - today they decided to randomly add foam to my drink that I didn’t ask for and wasn’t on the sticker. When I went back in they did remake it. But honestly, I did call to speak to the manager. She argued with me on the phone about “oh it happens”. That’s not ok. If I had an allergy or something this would have been a lot worse than just “I really hate foam and didn’t ask for it.”

Corporate will be hearing about the managers attitude on the phone though. I used to be a barista - I know how this works 😘

There is too much emphasis placed on the internet and drive-thru orders! I waited in the lobby for an extended period. The most important customer is the one in front of you. Starbucks fails to grasp this concept. I have reached out to the CEO and have noticed zero improvement. It has become their culture.

The drive thru barista (on 05/21/25; around 11:45am ish, female, brunette, ponytail) was changing the trash can with no gloves, and proceeded to pick up my food to give it to me. I told her that was unsanitary and asked if she could remake my food. She walked around with my food and brought back the same food. At that point it was watered down, and the sandwich wasn’t fresh. I was in a rush so I didn’t do my due diligence in checking. Changing the trash, then handling food is disgusting. Waste of money.

It was super busy inside today, but I applaud Audrey for the amazing service. She helped me pick out a drink that I liked and was very friendly. It was a nice start to my Mother’s Day.

This place needs help. Service was incredibly poor. Both workers looked completely
Miserable and annoyed. The cupcake I ordered I could not eat because it was hard, like many days old hard! My grilled cheese was no where near what a Starbucks ridiculously priced grilled cheese should taste like. And my drink COMPLETELY
WATERED down! If I could do zero stars I would. Needs improvement big time!
