The person doing the drive-thru today should not be doing that job. She was extremely rude and obviously does not like working with the public. Normally the drive-thru is not like what I experienced this morning.
Even though the Beach Blvd location was very slammed in the place, it was full to almost 75% capacity or more.
The manager was

Just went through the drive thru earlier today, got 3 food items and two drinks, one of the drinks was wrong and they fixed it in the drive thru, but we didn’t notice until we got home that instead of the potato bakes we ordered we got just a buttered croissant. I normally don’t have issues with this Starbucks but those are two completely different items man.
