It was super busy inside today, but I applaud Audrey for the amazing service. She helped me pick out a drink that I liked and was very friendly. It was a nice start to my Mother’s Day.
Big shoutout to Spencer, Alex, and Gaby for their amazing customer service and contagious positive attitude. Hazel and I always come to this store and have never had a bad experience.
I haven't had their food. I'm not crazy about their coffee in-house. Always seems "burnt", or overcooked. But I DO like their K-cups and ground coffee at home, where I can control the "richness." Overall, I do like them.
P.S. Their coffee is outstanding with a splash of Bailey's to sweeten it up. And maybe a little Kahlùa for a touch of luxury.
