I ordered a vinti caramel, frappuccino and asked that the cup be lined with caramel. we call it extra drizzle. They Forgot to line the cup with caramel.I even said something to the brarista. She completely acted like I said nothing.And just continued, pushing the drinks in front of my face.So I took them really starbucks I thought you guys were better than this.

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks almost every morning for the past six months since I moved here, and up until recently it was hands down the best one in town. Drinks were consistently made well, service was efficient, and the overall experience kept me coming back daily.

Lately though, the quality and speed have noticeably gone downhill. Orders are taking much longer than they used to, even during times that aren’t especially busy, and the drinks themselves have been sloppy and inconsistent compared to before.

I primarily order through the app, and as a regular customer who spends a lot of money here, it’s been frustrating to feel like the energy shifts once my order comes through. Whether intentional or not, it no longer feels like the same care is being put into my drinks as there used to be.

I’m leaving this review because I want this location to get back to what it was. It used to be great, and I hope management takes a closer look at consistency, quality, and customer experience because loyal customers notice when standards slip.

I had a door dash order.And they really need to pay attention because I paid an extra$1.30 for extra berries in my dragon drink but I swear I got less than the actual original.Amount nothing I could do about it.I don't have a vehicle.I don't drive.It's not like I can go get another one very disappointed

Horrible. Ordered a tall hot coffee and they hand it to be with no sleeve. No napkins. It was filled to the top and was blistering hot. The coffee not only went all over my car, but spilled all over me and burnt two of my fingers. Won’t be coming back to this location.
