Horrible. Ordered a tall hot coffee and they hand it to be with no sleeve. No napkins. It was filled to the top and was blistering hot. The coffee not only went all over my car, but spilled all over me and burnt two of my fingers. Won’t be coming back to this location.

I give one star because I originally I go to the one in Oakleaf where I live by I accidentally chose this one on the app heading home. There was no traffic , no one in the drive thru, let alone were they busy and making drinks. I order a sandwich on my app with no egg because I cannot eat egg. I understand the sandwiches come premade with egg and they just take it off anyway. I asked for the egg to be removed. I get there and there’s egg on my sandwich but mind you they are all sitting there chit chatting talking to “Rachel” who was getting off on going a break. I had to get someone attention and I told her this was supposed to be no egg which it clearly states on the packaging. No apology or anything. They just remake it. All you have to do is READ. This is your job to pay close attention and make things how people request them. Then on top of that’s a health issue because what if I ate the egg and had a reaction to it but I requested no egg. I wish they would stop being careless and pay attention. As well as apologize for the inconvenience because I still had to wait on another sandwich. Just careless. I know to pay attention more closely to where I order from on my app because I’ll take that part.

This Starbucks is hands-down the best location in the city. The staff are incredibly courteous and friendly, offering you water if you stay there for a while and writing cheery notes on your cup. Also, they welcome everyone who walks in. It really feels like a home away from home and reminds me of the earlier days of Starbucks when the company emphasized making each location a go-to place away from home and work. This location embodies that philosophy perfectly, thanks to the genuine kindness of the people who work there.

I ordered a flat white with blonde roast, oatmilk and an extra shot. It’s what I get every time and they always mess it up. This time they used regular milk and there is no extra shot. They also didn’t label the cup. The Starbucks experience isn’t what it used to be. I have an appointment so I’m not able to go get it remade. I also can’t drink it because I can’t have dairy.

I would give a negative if I could. But I live down the street and occasionally try my luck, and they never let me down. There is always a 20-minute wait at the drive-through, and they have the worst customer service and no sense of urgency. Make the extra effort to help your neighborhood coffee businesses. You’ll have a better experience. Social grounds turned my negative Starbucks experience into a positive.
