Usually this place does a good job but i hate asking for extra matcha and it comes out like this like i pay the extra for it to be stronger and green not for sweet milk please actually add the extra matcha i hate wasting my money and coming home to add some more myself its highly upsetting

RULES AND ATTITUDE! I’m tired of this constant argument from barista‘s that they wanna be stingy towards their customers. I simply asked for 1 inch of steamed heavy cream and a cup with 2 shots of espresso. They want to charge me $.70 and when I told them I’m only required to pay more if it’s 4 ounces or more. Look at the attached pictures. I’m not required to pay anymore.They wanna argue with me and tell me I’m wrong and when I show them the rules, they have a nasty attitude. It’s time to get good people again.

this is my go to Starbucks and I always use the drive-through. I don’t know if this is a corporate initiative or if it’s the store/district manager- but no one wants to order from a barista standing outside on the curb. It’s awkward for everyone involved.
The baristas are super friendly I just don’t want them staring down at me into my car. It’s very uncomfortable.

Always enjoy my low carb, coffee pick me ups from Starbucks!! Staff is always on point, service is pleasant. No better place for my coffee. Here lately I've been getting my salted Carmel cold brew sub the vanilla for sugar free vanilla and yummy.

It was 7am with 1 customer in the store and no cars in the to go line. I was standing in front of the register to purchase breakfast and coffee, with 4 employees behind the counter. I stood there watching 4 employees in essentially an empty store do their best to ignore looking at me for at least 45 seconds before deciding to acknowledge me.
