Every time I come here they underfill my drinks. If I’m paying $7 for a large then I don’t expect to get the same amount of liquid in a medium. Starbucks is literally scamming people. It’s ridiculous.

I got the brown shaken espresso and the espresso is burnt!! This is not the first time the espresso has been burnt either..

At no point have they ever gotten my order right on the first try no matter if it’s in person ordering or ordering through the app

Fast and friendly service, restrooms and seating areas were all very clean. Lots of parking available.

if you go to unf, get out of this starbucks and go to the one near town center. order online if you want no ice or light ice because they will charge extra in person. i always ask for light ice and they FILL the whole drink with ice and absolutely no drink like am i going to eat the ice or something im clearly paying yall $7 for a silly little drink. manager needs to get better. so so rude and heard alot about him. im about to order no ice in my drink now.
Cashier man does not greet. I make my order. I pay. Then the barista ignores my order and gives others that came after me their coffee orders. Then I stand near the barista to see why is she doing that. To find out why is it taking so long. She had my cup on the other side and totally ignored me. Then after she noticed I was there she starts working on my coffee order. There was no apologies given or anything. They both acted as if nothing had happened. It was frustrating. I do not recommend coming here

Three times I go there, Three times they don’t respect what I am asking. I’m allergic to Mocha and Coffee and they keep put inside. Do they want me to die? It’s the only Starbucks where this happen.

I ordered a chestnut praline and it tasted nothing like it. I asked them to remake it and it tasted exactly the same. It was very still drinkable but I had to water it down because it tasted like pure syrup, but not the syrup for a chestnut praline. If you can, go to the ones off campus.
