I went there this morning and the drive through window worker a woman, took my card for payment, I then realized she added a dollar tip - without my permission. I understand it’s only a dollar, however, the principle of stealing tips is totally unacceptable.

Ya'll should really consider who you put on the register, cause I've been here so many times on campus and this same woman is very rude. I've had great experiences with other staff members, but this girl with purple braids always in a bun is typically rude. I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt and thought she just had a monotone voice, but it's obvious she isn't the personality for the register!

I hate to make reviews like this cause my drink is usually fine and that's mostly what matters, but I need ya'll to seriously listen when I say this as someone who's worked in customer service and dealt with similar coworkers. She's probably a nice person out of work, but the personality at the front is not it.

Never got the right order. They don’t know how to make mocha. Also they charge you for ice water or hot water. This is ridiculous!!!!

What is going on here? Are you all just super cheap? I asked for a simple change on my mobile order, which was to have a tall drink in a grande cup. When I received my tall cup, I asked if I could have a tall cup as stated in the order. The barista went to the woman at the register, then came back with news that the manager said no. I then said that I have made this change at Starbucks all over the USA. She said something about corporate owned blah, blah, blah. It's frustrating when one company (STARBUCKS) has differing policies from store to store.

I asked, next, for a glass of water. I was then told that they charge for water. WATER?!?! Are you freaking kidding me? So, if a student comes in on a hot summer day and asks for water you are going to deny them because your owners are THAT concerned with the cost of a plastic cup, ice, and water? For some reason I also thought that food establishments legally had to offer free water, but I could be wrong.

You all need to SWOOP these policies and do better, UNF.

Every time I come here they underfill my drinks. If I’m paying $7 for a large then I don’t expect to get the same amount of liquid in a medium. Starbucks is literally scamming people. It’s ridiculous.
