Unbelievably unprofessional and slow order took forever with 5 people working here and 4 of them staring at the new or untrained person. You should tip after you get the drink. It was 1235 and only one person was ahead of me in the store.

I really struggle with this Starbucks, which is a shame because it’s the closest one to my house. I’ll ask for ‘no foam’, and it seems my request is simply ignored. I’ll try to order something more simple to make it easier on the baristas, but 8 times out of 10 I still have to go back and have them remake my coffee. Some of the staff is friendly, others not so much. I’ve debated on whether or not I should even write this review, because I used to work at Starbucks myself, but it’s just gotten to the point where I’ve given chance after chance, and now I’ve given up. I think I’ll go to the Starbucks 10 minutes down the road, rather than the one that’s right across the street from my home..... It doesn’t seem to be that hard for them…. Sad.

I was greeted upon walking in no less than 10 times. It would have been more, I’m sure, had there been more than 10 employees working. My order was promptly taken and ready faster than I expected. Environment was welcoming and studious.

Quite possibly the best Starbucks I have ever been to. The staff here is impeccable every time I visit. Always greeted with a friendly face, a smile, and a welcome into the store. The employees here definitely go above and beyond for their customers. I only get to go to this store because I work over, soon that will not be the case as I will be in a different area and knowing I won’t be able to stop by this store for coffee and friendly conversation sucks. The staff here deserve all the recognition they can get for their hard work. Absolutely outstanding. Thank you all for what you do and how you make this store feel like somewhere you want to be.

This is one of the best Starbucks, they have a great team and it’s always fast service. I started coming everyday for breakfast and the team started to know me by name. I wanted to specifically shout out Taylor for always recognizing my name when I pull up, having my water ready and being so friendly. For also just taking care of me and my order and making it so easy in the morning. She is amazing and truly demonstrates great customer service that is above and beyond. Slightly More Emphatic
This place absolutely broke my record for the longest time waiting for a refresher. Seriously, some restaurants can get a salad or even an entrée out in 25 minutes, and here it took that long just to mix three ingredients in a cup. There were seven staff members on duty, but it felt like no one had any sense of urgency. The person who took my order even stepped outside to chat with her friends for ages. I'll definitely be trying the location next door next time to avoid this kind of wasted time
