I wish I could give this Starbucks a 1000 ⭐. My son had blood taken and we came to Starbucks to get him something to eat. While waiting, he fainted. The nurses and doctors in line jumped into action and helped us. The employees, one in particular (wish I had her name) was very helpful and asking us if we need anything. Food and coffee was delicious but the service was top notch.
The last thing patients or visitors need are baristas and managers with attitude. They got our drinks mixed up and then shamed us because they had to remake them. I always liked this Starbucks inside the hospital but will just go to the cafeteria for hospital coffee or go to Starbucks outside the hospital from now on. The manager needs to get a grip.

Terrible experience here. Sent my bf for a coffee and he was shamed for asking for more than 2 sugars in a venti coffee, AND they HANDED him the wrong coffee (someone else's coffee) and then gave him attitude when he called it to their attention. You can tell that these people all hate not only each other but the customers as well. Terrible experience, especially when you're already high stress because you're at the hospital. I'm here often as a cancer survivor but won't ever be getting coffee here again.
