Stopped in here to get coffee for my wife. There was a line and because it's a hospital location they get a weird rush. The cashier was kind and took my order no without an issue. Everything came to order correctly.I wish I got a hot sandwich cause you could smell all the cheesy goodness being cooked on their mini ovens. If you use the Starbucks app, you will fit in fine at this location because a lot of orders were mobile orders.

Whilst on a work conference in Jacksonville, I walked 1.5 miles of wet uneven pavement for this rich cup of coffee. The cashier made a mistake and rang me up for a grande. After my long walk, I wanted more than a grande. He quickly apologized and made it right, and that is all we can ask of a fellow human being. This cup was definitely worth every dampening inch I took to purchase it

The last thing patients or visitors need are baristas and managers with attitude. They got our drinks mixed up and then shamed us because they had to remake them. I always liked this Starbucks inside the hospital but will just go to the cafeteria for hospital coffee or go to Starbucks outside the hospital from now on. The manager needs to get a grip.

Terrible experience here. Sent my bf for a coffee and he was shamed for asking for more than 2 sugars in a venti coffee, AND they HANDED him the wrong coffee (someone else's coffee) and then gave him attitude when he called it to their attention. You can tell that these people all hate not only each other but the customers as well. Terrible experience, especially when you're already high stress because you're at the hospital. I'm here often as a cancer survivor but won't ever be getting coffee here again.

They never make my drink right and when I ask for them to fix I always get a attitude. Starbucks is literally charging me for you to put it in there.
They are quick, but this location does not accept the barcode on app nor coupons sent to their actual app.I feel that if you work at a location in a hospital with family going through alot they should be a bit more polite.

I went in today and the man with the glasses and the short beard with gray hair ring my order up wrong and when I explained my order was wrong the lady was nasty about it and did not want to make my drink over so I asked for a refund my total was $8.06 he only gave me $6 and some change back so he took my 2 dollars made me late to work and was rude I do not recommend going there if he is there I think he is the manager very unprofessional and unfriendly and stole 2 dollars that I was owed and would not give me a refund receipt
