Usually love going here, but the kid in drive thru was rude, hurried us, and wasn't friendly like usual baristas at that, or any other, Starbucks. No straw, no napkins. We got to messy, but love, hot sandwiches, and one of the coffees were iced. No straw. Almost sent up off without my cake pop.

I know this 1 review won't make any difference, it's a popular place. But, I think maybe they've gotten a little snooty, or maybe it's just the particular manager. Stopped by there with my golden retriever after his vet visit to get him a pup cup (a small cup of unsweetened whipped cream). Was told that I had to buy something to get it, never had that issue before. So I bought a drink, asked the barista at the window and he said the manager said that. Ok. As I said, my business won't matter, but I've got other choices, Ellianos, Dutch Brothers, Dunkin. So, Starbucks doesn't need me.

Absolutely horrible! It was huge chucks of matcha in my drink. Please take your time and prepare drinks correctly. Chunks of matcha is extremely bitter.
visited Starbucks on Roosevelt Blvd this afternoon and the service was TOP TIER!!! Rylee was amazing! I will return!! thank Rylee for brightening up my afternoon with all your wonderful energy!

Short changed $7. It tooke 10-15 minutes to get back. He immediately gave me my money but not out of the cash register. He told me to have a nice day like we were done with everything without giving me a receipt or my change when I can though the first time.

The staff at this establishment appear to lack proper training. I ordered an Ice Matcha which turned out to be very bitter. When I requested for a remake, I was informed that the bitterness was due to using 3 sugars instead of simple syrup. Despite regularly ordering the same drink at other Starbucks locations, it never tasted as bad as it did here. As a result, I ended up ordering a different drink.
