My experience with Terralin In the drive-through was awesome. If I was a secret shopper, she would’ve gotten 100% from me.
She repeated my order back to me in the drive-through window and when I came to receive my items. She also asked if I needed a straw or wanted my receipt printed. She asked all the right questions and made my drive-through experience a breeze

Great location. Always clean and friendly, even to the unkindest of customers. Manager is one of the hardest working individuals going, she really has her shelf and staff together. She blonde with a ponytail.

After her replacement in baymeadows a guy who has an accent and I'm sorry this place sucks, ask campbell soup or joe. Their new manager in morning claims you need to buy something to have a seat outside in less then 5 minites. Even if u are a regular customer in 1/31/25I stand behind what i said about starbucks corp and they and people who they hire. Leave folks!

I usually don’t post any negative comments. Their customer service is the worst. Their attitude was very rude and bad when I forgot to stop by their order station due to my medical condition. After I waited in the queue for 15 minutes and reached to their pick up station, they requested me to leave and go back to the queue again. They refused to provide any service to me. I begged them and asked if they can do me a favor for a simple croissant as I need to take medication. One of the ladies (young) was very disrespectful and showed annoying on her face like I did/said something bad to her. I wish she experiences the same thing when she gets older.

I mistakingly order a 3 small frappuccino instead of the venti 2 were supposed to be venti ask the lady if they could remake the venti I was going to pay for them as venti they said but she took the small frappuccino and gave me 2 venti with a really nasty attitude. So I end up paying $22.00 for 2 venti and a cake pop instead of $18 so they stoled for me $4 I did really until later probably she through i wasn't going to pay for the venti plus.

It's an extremely busy location, so if you realize there's issues inside, please don't make people outside wait in line for 10 minutes and then come out like a crazy person saying to leave because the store cannot remain open. I did leave and drove to Jimmy Johns. They opened and were fast, friendly with fantastic customer service.
