I just want to say that ray customer service here at Starbucks on Bay. Meadows is extremely magnificent and magnate. He makes you want to come get coffee pastries, even the cappuccino express it is amazing and Ray will make sure you leave as a happy customer he’ll make you feel like you’re at home Starbucks on Bay Meadows. He makes it number one put him in for the manager immediately and raise he’s one of the best here.

It seems like they judge and profile customers based on appearance, then talk about them the entire time they’re just trying to mind their own business whether alone or with others. From the moment we walked in, we were met with hostile looks. The manager even yelled at us and made an inappropriate comment, saying he “wishes he was a lesbian,” while staff members remarked that I “look like a teenager.” If you try to simply enjoy a conversation with friends or loved ones here, they will listen in and twist what you say. Overall, it was an uncomfortable and unprofessional experience.

My coffee was not up to Starbucks standards, Had to throw it out. Unfortunately did not taste it until I was to faraway to turn around. Will not go to this Starbucks again, very disappointed

I pre ordered 15 minutes before my arrival midday on Sunday 12/28/25. It was not busy and there were no customers inside nor at the drive through. When I arrived they had not even started making the drinks. Watching the three people there work at the speed of sloths was challenging. I waited about another 20 minutes for the drinks to be made. While I was waiting, I watched the crew prioritize making drinks for two new drive-thru customers who came thru during that time. They finally made one of my drinks, but then reprioritized another new drive thru customer before returning to my second drink. I choose Starbucks primarily because I can order ahead and save time. It should never take 35-40 minutes to get a cup of coffee. This is especially true when there are no other customers there, and moreso if you order ahead. I have seen Starbucks's generic response to customer complaints. Please don't ask me to fill out another form giving you the same information given here.

Slow drive through at 6:20 AM, wasn’t a line at all either, very slow, took 15 mins to take care of just this one car. Won’t be coming back to this Starbucks again.

This is my go to Starbucks location since it’s close to home. I want to say that everyone that works here are proficient in their craft. Very clean, kind and polite. I had an issue and the sweet young lady was very understanding and helpful to resolve the issue. With the holidays approaching I ask that anyone that comes here have a bit of grace. These ladies are always busy but they get the job done. Thank you!
