Scones weren't good at all
Drive through is so slow every time it takes more than 20mins its ridiculous. It's not even busy inside.

OMG my friends most of them say that costumers service very bad especially the manager. How can you do business like that you telling customers that if you don’t like what I say just get out the door I am the manager I can do anything I want

This was my store for awhile however the rude way was treated this morning I will never return to this store I understand that the store was extremely busy however that is absolutely no reason to be rude to your customers

There are more than 12,000 Starbucks stores in America. This one, on Beach Blvd is an excellent example of a nicely designed store staffed by courteous Baristas who know how to brew, pour, and smile.
On any given day, you will find individuals working on their laptops, and friends in conversation. Oftentimes, you will hear European accents (people who have a fondness of coffee shops in their DNA).

Very disappointed at the frequent mess ups when I order my usual drink. Not only this location but many in Jacksonville make this drink incorrectly despite additional specific requests for a lot of extra foam, hence why I order it in a Venti. Today I made sure to ask that there was a lot extra and was told yes, then got handed this sad drink. There needs to be an updated standard for the measurements of beverages because this much cold brew would never fit in a Grande cup. Paying nearly $7 for a coffee that's made incorrectly and inconsistently is unfair to customers.

Since I called to speak with the manager and they hung up the phone in my face, 1 star. I drink Starbucks on a daily basis. My order requires soy milk. The barista supposedly checked to see if soy milk was available at the drive thru speaker. After a long wait in the Easter Sunday morning line, the same barista shares that he cannot accommodate me because he used the soy milk for the customer before and offers an alternative. If I didn't need soy milk, I wouldn't have ordered it. I hope this is a teachable moment for the barista to be forthcoming at the drive thru speaker before having a customer to wait in a long line.

I came here to get a brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso and when I got it almost a 1/3 of it was missing so I asked for more oat milk the lady with the black and green hair reluctantly said “I can get it for you on the side” like okay.. then my bagel was dirty. It had green stuff and grease on it so I came back to ask for another and the manager was really sweet and immediately asked to get me a new one. I showed her a picture of my coffee and the girl with the green hair interjected and said “it’s a primarily iced drink” which was rude and unnecessary because I’m sure the manager was more than capable of responding. Also I get this coffee almost everyday and all over the country and it’s never been that empty. The girl with the green hair has a serious attitude problem. If you don’t want to work with the public then don’t.
