Man, every time I come to this location, they are sold out of food. It is 8 o’clock in the morning. How are you sold out of food every time I come to this location they don’t have food.

I just went into the Drive thru, as I pulled up to the window I was met by the sweetest lady named Shelly. I come here often and always have a good experience with her and the rest of the staff.As she was trying to cash me out, her store manager Amanda Keyes was snapping at her and making fun of her in front of the employees and me. Took me everything not to go in there and say something. I went in and grabbed her information and will be filing a complaint. I don’t care what the situation is, degrading and bullying is not the way. And to still continue talking about her as I walked in, while she was in the back, is disgusting behavior. I’m surprised by this! I will not be going to this location anymore this is very disappointing Starbucks.

Went there to pick up my order at 1350 pm. Waited 15 extra minutes even though I have ordered prior 20 minutes before arriving. I asked one of the worker and she appeared with a rude attitude along with the vibe that she doesn’t want to help me to figure out whether my order is ready for pick up or not. She said “you talking to me? I don’t know what you order” and walked away without trying to help me out. How can such big company like Starbucks would allow such bad customer service for customers is really absurd to me. I will never ever commend this place. If you work in service industry at least be nice to your customers.

I was just told to leave because I'm black!
Drive thru person named “Jay” lacks the very basics of customer service. She’s rude and disrespectful to customers for no reason. Also, PSA to the general public- don’t use the app to place your order (even though this allows you to see if something is sold out and just makes it much easier to customize and pay for your order). Apparently they want you to wait before going through the drive thru even though you ordered it in advance. So what’s the purpose of the app? Anyway, I hope Jay finds a better place of employment to match her mundane attitude (Hot Topic perhaps) just somewhere that she doesn’t have to interact with the public?

This location has the slowest drive through service with the wait time around 15 minutes. The customer service I received was very bad and rude by the manager -Nick. One of the worse encounters I’ve had at Starbucks.

We placed an order 11/13 around 7 pm a few minutes before pulling into drive thru. The lady (curly hair type) let us know we would have to wait because it usually takes 5-10 minutes for them to work on it. We were fine w that and asked if we could pull up she starts explaining herself again in such a condescending tone we roll up our window and pull up to the window because our baby was crying. When we get there she starts with her attitude being so rude and she does the hardest eye roll ever. Who are you to think you can talk to people however you want?
From the moment we pulled up, she was rude and condescending for no reason. It’s not that serious. Your location really needs to do a better job at considering candidates to work there. Way too emotional and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this location to ANYONE!

Absolute worst experience I’ve had at a Starbucks ever and I’m a daily visitor. I placed a mobile order and showed up in the drive through about 4-5 minutes later and was lectured by the women about placing orders and then coming to drive through so I asked if I could proceed to the next window and she said yes. I get to the window and she is once again lecturing me about not doing it and telling me I now have to wait 10 minutes for the order and roles her eyes at me and walks away. Younger brown/black hair heavier set lady. So I ask her if she could please get the coffees after I told her I understand then she proceeds to tell me to leave and I’m not getting anything. Very rude the entire interaction and very unprofessional. I went inside to better understand the issue and she walks to the back thank you to the other barista working who gave me my coffees great job sir. Management there are many bad reviews and complaints on this worker why is she still employed with you all? I will never be going back.

In front of this location there are 2-3 big holes on the front road which is unacceptable and bad for cars! Management should take a quick and responsible action. My car stuck and ruin tires! Do repair ASAP.

Power was out from Hurricane Helene. Wanted coffee. There was a bit of a line, not surprising given the circumstances. But the service and coffee were good, 5 stars.

Deceptive store hours. I arrived at 6:40 pm, Saturday September 7th, and the store is closed. No employees working at all.

Great coffee and employees, but mobile ordering taking precedent of customera in store is killing this location. Can we just go back to drivethru and walkins?
There's like 10 us here just staring at the workers while we watch them grind through the mobile/delivery orders. Not their fault of course. Who the hell uber eats coffee? Well, me I suppose but that's beside the point.
