Lady was very rude to me and got mad I didn’t tip then handed me my hot coffee with her hand on top of the lid where my mouth goes I refused to drink it with that being done her hands handle money all day and that’s gross I drove off and threw the coffee away didn’t want to start being confrontational. And Starbucks employees wouldn’t replace it even free proof of purchase

Starbucks we like the cake left in the plastic so it doesn’t get hard and stale. Why do you think everyone ask for it in the plastic. Make common sense decisions that don’t cause customers to go elsewhere.

Always feel welcome and the drinks are always correct
Moved to the area recently. I'm used to cheerfulness when entering a business or being assisted. This place is utilitarian, the supervisor Jay was unpleasant and cold when I had a customer service issue. Very disappointed.

Luna loved her Puppicino. Starbucks saved me bc my daughter didn't have coffee at her apartment..... Yes, I don't know how this is possible... Who wants to live without coffee!!!! 😭☕🐶
