You can't pick up coffee grounds on a daily basis, they rather throw it away instead of beautifying Jacksonville by wrapping bags up for their faithful customers to pick them up. 😔

This Starbucks is decent if you’re looking for something quick, but I’ve been disappointed with my frappuccinos here. They’re always too soupy/runny with random chunks of ice. It’s not the worst, but definitely not the quality I expect for the price I’m paying.

The employees tonight excluding Beth seems stressed out that they made my visit extremely stressful. What was supposed to be a simple relaxing moment turnt into a nightmare real quick I think they need training and a hug. Maybe after that they will be kind and understanding with the rude self!

We placed an order 11/13 around 7 pm a few minutes before pulling into drive thru. The lady (curly hair type) let us know we would have to wait because it usually takes 5-10 minutes for them to work on it. We were fine w that and asked if we could pull up she starts explaining herself again in such a condescending tone we roll up our window and pull up to the window because our baby was crying. When we get there she starts with her attitude being so rude and she does the hardest eye roll ever. Who are you to think you can talk to people however you want? From the moment we pulled up, she was rude and condescending for no reason. It’s not that serious. I see a previous review of the same issue w the same person from a few months ago. Your location really needs to do a better job at considering candidates to work there. Way too emotional and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this location to ANYONE!

This Starbucks is by far the worst I ever been too! I go to Starbucks faithfully twice a day and it’s so unfortunate this is the one closest to me! The attitude of the workers is outrageous. How does one get upset that you have to remake a drink done wrong! All you had to do was read the sticker on the cup. It’s truly mind boggling. If you come to this location don’t pay for anything extra they DO NOT PUT EXTRA!

Unfortunate experience at the Starbucks on 5753 Beach Blvd on Saturday, September 29. After a long drive from South Carolina, I arrived at the store just after the last drive-thru customer of the night. I politely asked for a simple black coffee, explaining that I had another five hours to drive on I-95.
The staff member called the manager, who to my surprise didn’t even take the time to hear me out. Instead, the manager spoke to me in a condescending manner, saying, "Come tomorrow, my love," before closing the window on me without giving me a chance to respond. I was shocked by the lack of empathy and professionalism, especially given my situation.
As a frequent Starbucks customer, I expect a level of courtesy and respect, even during closing time. This experience left me feeling disrespected and disappointed.
I’m a regular to Starbucks , but today when I went there and got my drink I wasn’t too happy! I had ordered a venti and it wasn’t even close to being filled , but at first didn’t want to say anything cause I figured they would just put more ice in it! I was wrong Sabree H. went out her way to make sure I left with no disappointment! She made it right with adding another drink! Now that’s what I call great customer service! Your the best Bree 💕 Give her a raise!!!
