I never thought of myself as the kind of person that would take to Google to leave a five-star review for a Starbucks location but the employees here exceed my expectations of what customer service can be every single time I visit. They go beyond the homogenized politeness you find at Chick Fil A to add a friendly, personalized element to what they do that is exceedingly rare. As far as service is concerned, they run this location with an efficiency that Apple would likely envy but it’s the caliber of individuals behind the counter that truly makes it special.
We live in an area surrounded by independent coffee shops and I’m a tremendous proponent of supporting local businesses and yet I come to this Starbucks nearly every morning. It’s a testament to their team and their intuition, skill and at the risk of resorting to cliche, the joy that they project even when no sane person would be feeling joy at that time of day.
I think I’m writing this so they know they’re appreciated and that I am genuinely in awe of the effort, both seen and unseen, required to create such a positive customer experience on each visit.

The worst Starbucks in town, they can never get the order right. But they always make sure to remind you of that question before you use your card for the tip. Stopped by today, asked for a small cappuccino with 1 pump syrup, ended up with 3 pumps of syrup and half the amount of espresso. Sometimes I go back and ask for the correct order, today, I didn't have time for that. Stay away

This Starbucks is clean. Easy access to bathrooms with no code. Tables and floor were clean. They have a bar you can sit at and drink or work. A lot of seating for people to work or study. Leather chairs on the side for small group conversations.

Food has been going down hill for a while that it finally hit bottom. Also getting so expensive. Can eat at a breakfast cafe, get more food, and have service for the same price. Didn't think I will be going back expect to use up my points. Won't pay those ridiculous prices anymore. You also have so many other coffee places less expensive and just as good if not better coffee.

I’m giving 2 stars because this is the 4th time consecutively that they have messed up my order and now I’m just not going back.The first 3 times they filled my cup less than 3/4 of cup full and I would only notice because for some reason my Matcha is foamy only at this location so by the time I get to work I see how much is actually there. So this morning I try again after about a few weeks and I tell them to please ensure they fill my cup to the appropriate level and yes they did fill it up but with WHAT I do not know. Matcha is green and as you can see the drink is some light brown color. And I only noticed when I drank it because it tasted like so kinda ginger spice or something and I’m allergic to milk so if my order was COMPLETELY wrong I’m sure my milk choice was as well which is dangerous!. This Starbucks is on my route to work but at this point I’ll have to go out my way to another location because this is ridiculous. From not filling up my drinks completely to completely getting my order wrong no thanks. *1st photo is the mystery drink and the other is my usual Matcha less than full*

I came through drive through 5 minutes before close (7:25 pm) and was purposely ignored when I tried to place my order. Drove around to see all the workers inside with headsets on, laughing, pointing, and looking at my car. So incredibly rude. I work in customer service and could not believe it. They’ve lost my service.

My favorite Starbucks to work. It is a spacious and friendly place. Everyone is so nice and friendly. The only thing I don't like about this place is that it is too cold. I always make sure I bring my thin jacket. ?
