Active duty, training in the building next door for a week so I purchase coffee and lunch every day. I can't get a Large water? even offered to buy it. Staff are friendly and quick considering the foot traffic so this seems more like a management issue. Not to mention, I couldn't imagine anyone coming into this store finessing a large water for their own benefit aside from hydration. It's water. my wife has been a Starbucks supervisor for years and it makes sense for big city stores with a lot of homeless I guess. Pretty ridiculous I was denied such a simple request.

The slowest Starbucks ever. Used drive thru service, and we ordered about 5 drinks along with 5 hot breakfast items. We also asked for water, and the baritsa/ cashier said it's only 2 per car. We didn't argue about it, but clearly, we ordered a beverage and a hot menu item each (we were 5). But policy is policy which I get, but I think that's where customer service could have been expressed knowing we had a big order.

This Starbucks is located on Gillis and Saratoga cross streets next to Vystar. It's super annoying the Starbucks pin is not correct on google. They give our their address like it's unique and not the entire bases address. ?

Lady told me she was out of medium cups & venti so I was forced to get the largest size . and then she made me pay for it full price . drink was also watery . Starbucks if ur going to force me to get a big drink i don’t need why also charge me full price ? lady told me she could of filled it half way but didn’t give me the option while i was ordering it ? weird .
