It’s so convenient to have a Starbucks inside Baptist South Hospital, so you don’t have to leave the building. I have used this location a couple of times, and they are always great! Just a note: there are two Starbucks near this hospital, so if you need a quieter place to study, work, chat with your friends, or a meeting, consider going to the other location.

While my son has been hospitalized here, my wife and I have been in several times. Nellie and her staff have been outstanding! This is the friendliest Starbucks I've ever visited! Great service - they even provided assistance with using the app, and provided great recommendations. Well done!

I’ve always had a good experience until today. I went through the drive thru tonight 7/9/24 and one of the girls took my card & was gone for 3-5 min and I felt really weird about it. She returned & returned my card but I asked for a receipt. I noticed she added $2.00 gratuity without my consent. I am very disappointed. I won’t be returning & I hope she doesn’t continue doing it to others.

Great place with good ambience. The waiter was new and didn’t understand the order at all. Lost bit of patience. Still a great place for gathering with friends!
