My daughter and I stopped by for a coffee and tea after picking up prescriptions yesterday. We were greeted with mumbled verbiage that sounded derogatory. When I asked what was said the young woman shook it off and said it was nothing and she would be with us soon. I felt unwelcome and disrespected. Although I am usually a generous tipper, I didn't tip these rude individuals.

Purchased two drinks through the app on buy one get one free. I went for pick up pickup and they told me they were out of oatmilk but could substitute with either almond or whole. I don’t do either of those options with the item I purchased. They wouldn’t let me substitute it out for another item. They told me that refunds are only given through the app. How does a refund help me on buy one get one free. You owe me a grande lavender oatmilk latte.

I travel for work I have gone to this location 3 times this week all 3 times I was sold hot water even after asking to fix it I won't be stopping there no more! Too expensive to play with people money!

Went today and today, I had enough. I ordered a venti drink but the young lady decided she wanted to ring me up for what she wanted me to have! This happens so much and usually i just let it go but today I'm upset because how do you keep doing this! I clearly and loudly said venti. If you turn the music down then maybe staff will be able to hear. There wasnt anyone else in therr so it wasnt a rush. One of the ladies said she could ring me back up for the size i originally wanted and i said no because you should have gotten it right the first time instead if having to charge my card twice. I wish i wouldnt have left a tip. I threw the drink and food away because they ruined my whole appetite. I already have to order drinks that come with oatmilk because for the longest they kept giving me whole milk even though i requested oatmilk because whole milk has horrible side effects for me. But now we cant even get a simple size right on the order. Im going back to Ellianos because they are better anyway.

Any time i ever order from here this coffee is made incorrectly and not the way it is supposed to. It is absolutely terrible . They say because they are not corporate. This is not an excuse. This is Starbucks all these drinks should be made the same way or close to the same. When you pay this much for a coffee is should be done the right way. PLEASE HELP THIS LOCATION!!

The baristas are very efficient at keeping the line of customers down. The coffees are delicious. And they have a large, comfortable seating area. I enjoy sitting beside the window!
Asked for low ice then they gave a half cup of the drink!! Refused to change it. I should have asked for a refund!!

I stopped at this facility 3 times since they have opened (Mayo Clinic). The coffee is horrible. I frequent four different Starbucks in my area, and they are consistent and good. The coffee at this facility is too hot and tastes terrible.

They mess up my order every time. One instance I ordered a grande coffee and they gave me a tall and I asked if they could fix my order since I paid for a grande, this man really just poured it into a grande cup and then just added ice and milk to it…absolutely shocked with these people who work at this location.
