First time i come by Starbucks in years at 7:30pm. I roll up to the drive thru and someone calls out "we closed at 5:30 today". Well i won't be back. Wasted my time and gas while getting in and out of this super inconvenient location. Never again.

Very confused by their hours of operation. I have pulled up to the drive thru on a Saturday at 6:15pm to be told they closed at 6pm. Ok, fine. Checked Google and they close at 6pm. Fine, now I know. Pulled up today, Saturday at 5:45pm to be told they closed at 5pm. Google shows they are open till 8pm. No problem. I will get my coffee somewhere else from now on. There are plenty of other coffee shops in this town.

It's hard to get in and out the parking lot the drive thru was so backed up that we decided to go in... nightmare tables by where you order so people waiting are very close by they can hardly hear you they don't have toffee nut syrup to make shorter times made things slower rather go somewhere else by the staffs attitude feeling is mutual

Nate in the drive-thru is not a ā€œpeople personā€ and shouldn’t be engaging with the public for a job. Retrain him & provide direct, consistent support on his shift. Otherwise, his attitude will drive away other customers.

This place is ridiculous. The white guy that wears a mask at the window with long brown hair has NO customer service skills at all. He doesn't acknowledge when first pulling up to the window. He had my order wrong. Didn't even know what name my order was. When asked why he didn't acknowledge he just closes the window. To work at these jobs you have to MUILTITASK if that's to hard or you become overwhelmed then THATS NOT THE JOB FOR YOU. Not the customers fault. But when I have the most simple order it doesn't take rocket science to hand the cake pop take the payment then get small drink BEFORE taking 5 more orders!

I waited at the drive thru to place my order for 8 minutes. No other cars in line in front of me so I eventually drove off. There were five cars behind me when I left. Hopefully they were able to order. This being a newer location, I would have thought it would run smoother than this.

Beware ! Worst customer service ever. Staff isn’t friendly . I sat at the drive thru for 7 mins this morning including 3 more cars behind me, before someone came and placed a paper on the window saying the drive thru was closed. No one didn’t come to the window to acknowledge me .

Seens how I have called multiple times today and keep getting told to call back and they refuse to put me on the phone with a manager, I came through the drive thru yesterday afternoon, guy named Gavin was working the window, I ordered my normal Venti Cold Brew Caramel lining, 4 pumps classic, 4 pumps vanilla, with sweet vanilla cream cold foam, which I order at least 3-4 times a week, guy handed me my drink and I told him it didn't look right, he argued with me and told me it was right, I took a sip and went to hand it back to him and he refused to remake it, told me to shake it up that I would be fine, slammed the window in my face as he told me to have a nice day, I proceeded to pull around the front and go inside, the moment I stepped inside he ran to the back and hid in the back of the store, the girls upfront completely ignored me standing there trying to get my drink remade, then some short girl proceeds to finally acknowledge me when I start getting loud and making it obvious that there was an issue, she proceeded to get smart and nasty with me, and be a smartass and tell me she was gonna show me step by step how to make my drink that they made it correctly, I told her I didn't need her to be a smartass that I just needed my drink remade, then her and another girl proceeds to get nasty with me and told me to get the hell out of the store. I did make it known that I was going to contact a manager and corporate today and let it be known how their employees treat customers. But to no avail every time I have called today to try and speak to a manager I get told to call back. This is poor customer service and I spend way too much money at starbucks for this poor service. I still didn't get up getting my drink remade and I ordered $30 worth of product when I was there as I had additional food and drinks. Sad
