Callie and Nate's service was beyond exceptional. I didnt know what is wanted, but somehow Nate knew abd made it. For no extra charge. And Callue was a gem for customer service.

is horrible now they can not take the time to greet you or speak to you when taking an order. This location used to be the best.

This Starbucks on Dunn Ave is hands down one of the best in Jacksonville! The store is always clean, the drinks are made perfectly, and the team goes above and beyond to make every visit a great one. You can tell there’s amazing leadership here — the manager Kristin truly cares about her staff and customers.
Every time I stop by, the atmosphere is welcoming, friendly, and efficient, even when it’s busy. My order is always right (and delicious), and the baristas greet you with genuine smiles. It’s clear they take pride in what they do.
Huge shoutout to the Kristin (and her team) for creating such a positive environment and leading a team that really represents the Starbucks standard. You can feel the difference the moment you walk in — warm, organized, and consistent every single visit.
Whether you’re grabbing your morning coffee or hanging out to get some work done, this location is top-notch. Definitely a five-star Starbucks in every way! ☕💚

Brought a bus load of people to the Starbucks and would not even let me use the bathroom without a purchase very unhappy sometimes you just need to use the bathroom before you take a load of people down the road

I walked into the store on 09/28 to ask about my birthday drink. The woman at the counter didn't even turn around to speak to me. She completed making or heating the sandwich she as working on. Spoke to her co worker to ask of someone was in the the back after 4 minutes of me just standing there then she turned and spoke to me. I asked about my birthday drink she said has to have app. Im signed up for it just not on myphone. app. Didn't try to help or anything. I come back today ask the lady at the counter SHOW HER THE EMAIL OF FREE DRINK!!! She tells me has to have the app and that the trick to use your points for it to work. Email didn't say any of that. I advised I'll call corporate just to get my bday drink. No help no trying to accomidate nothing, yall just dont car. It shows. This is irritating now im on hold with corporate over a free drink. This side of town though always have to have the lesser experience due to demographic.

I can get my customized drink made at any other Starbucks but here! They tell me it has to be a strawberry açaí which is a lie. Like this lady really argued me down while ordering at the drive thru.. They are rude, close some days at 6pm like what.! I stay 5min away but I will drive all the way to rivercity Starbucks just to get what I pay for and BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE EXACT DRINK I WANT.!

Gerald is amazing!!! He’s so nice and has great customer service I don’t come here much like I use to but when I do it’s a pleasure to see him. No matter the day you’re having he makes it so much better! Keep it up Gerald!

Yesterday I went to the Starbucks on Dunn Avenue I ordered 3 Dragonfruit lemonades, as the server was passing them to me through the window the carton carrier broke all three (3) drinks ended up in my lap and all over my car, I was asked by the young man if I could pull to the side, no one came out to assist or to tell me what was going to happen, I got out of my car to remove my mats that were drenched, I cleaned the dragon fruit out as I continued to try and wipe the drink out of my car and out of the door, no one assisted me, the young man that had served me came out with 3 more drinks and a piece of lemon loaf , I was shocked, no paper towel or assistance to help clean my vehicle no mention that my clothes were soaked with lemonade , I asked for a manager he told me there was none on duty, I asked for contact information he bought me a business card, NO INCIDENT report taken, a slice of lemon loaf are you serious, THIS IS NOT THE END.....today Sunday the manager is still of duty. I am shocked at the level of get over it lady we have people to serve and we cannot stop serving because we poured 3 drinks on you go home change your clothes clean your car and get over it, if I would've taken those 3 drinks and poured them over the server they probably would've called the police and claimed a disturbance, CORPORATE will definitely hear of this.
