Aniyah service sucked tonight she had my daughter stand around while she talks on her AirPod.And no one was in there she made my drink and sat it down to the end didn't say nothing and started cleaning up.I love coming when Gerald is there and now I know I'm only coming to this location in the morning ...If I go because that was un called for tonight didn't even give me a receipt.wish I could do a no star

I’ve been a regular here for 3 years now to the point where they know me by name. This is my favorite Starbucks for very obvious reasons. But the staff here are all incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating.If you go remember to TIP YOUR BARISTAS!!

I'm not sure why, but this location is guaranteed to be lacking crucial, important ingredients and cannot complete my order sufficiently. On this run, NOO crunches for my grande caramel ribbon"CRUNCH" Frappachino. There have been an enormous amount of times when they didn't have any caramel! I swear if I went there and the barista informed me there aren't any cups or coffee left, I WOULDN'T be THE SLIGHTEST bit SURPRISED. Perturbed with myself for coming to this Starbucks location "Yes" but not at all surprised. I'm pleasantly surprised when they ARE NOT lacking in an important ingredient needed to complete an order!! My usual Starbucks location is being renovated. Maybe this lengthy renovation at my fav Jax Starbucks will allow me to get my need for Starbucks deliciousness under control..my purse would adore that. My wallet can get fatter instead of my body. Usually have no problem with this location. They’re speedy and always bring my order out correctly. I come about 4/5 times a week and spend about $15 each time I go. The one time I’m in the area and NOT ordering I ask to use the restroom and the lady at the register told me I couldn’t because I’m not a “paying customer” I spend over $100 here every week and was denied the restroom. Do better. If you want to keep customers treat them humanely. Worst Starbucks experience ever. And to the dumb girl who is like 7ft tall YOU SUCK!

Ordered online and when I showed up to pick the items up the lobby was closed with a note that said drive thru only. The drive thru line was around the store and I couldn’t wait. This store really suffers with staffing issues. They should turn off the online offer option if they are that under staffed.
I walked up to the register and they already knew my order and my name and they were very polite and as long as they have enough crew staffed, they move really quickly.

My order name is usually Megatron v and most times i order i get a hot white chocolate and 1 or 2 cheese Danish and they are always hot and delicious and the staff are very nice and even if they are out of something i want they always do there best to help

It’s Christmas Eve day - they have 3 workers on today! Be kind, be patient, if you can’t do that stay home! We went and got a cup and they said it’s a 30min wait for my coffee via drive through!Be kind this season folks!
