While I appreciate the transparency about a pricing error in the app, it was disappointing that my drink couldn't be made as ordered for that reason. The issue seems to be between the coffee shop and their app provider, but the consequence fell on me, the customer, who was simply using the available ordering system. Honoring the price or working to fix the glitch proactively would have been a better solution.

I’m a regular at this Starbucks and I came in last night to try the holiday collection. The drinks were amazing as always. But I felt horrible for the only girl in there who seemed to be working. This red hair girl with a headband was so calm and doing everything in there it seemed. A blonde girl kept walking in and out and was not helping at all when there was a rush of customers. Do better Starbucks, one person shouldn’t be doing it all.

Came to Starbucks for the first time in my life I've been a dunkin' donuts girl for years yesterday was my first time in Starbucks and I just want to say that the woman who made my coffee cuz I didn't know what I wanted but she did Miss Neptune at this Starbucks on Phillips highway she did me so right she did me so right I don't know how she knew but she has done it she has taken me away from Duncan and made me a loyal customer of Starbucks so I just wanted to give her a big thanks her name is Neptune and she will get you right when you get to this Starbucks

I order the same drink at every location. The barista here didn’t want to fill my cup up with oatmilk at this location. I ordered oatmilk shaken espresso but they gave it to me half full of foam. Why? And How is this ok? Disappointing considering how much people willingly spend on Starbucks, getting what we ask for shouldn’t be difficult

It's hit or miss. Plain coffee ☕ shouldn't be bitter. Adding syrup doesn't help. I guess it doesn't matter because it's just plain coffee instead of a mega drink.
Drinks were great! Forgot to give us a cake pop but no worries. Went back to the counter and got it. The issue that I have is the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in three days. Toilet paper all over the bathroom And it was out of toilet paper. In the dining area, the trash was overflowing almost and it was literally 10:30 AM on a Sunday there was maybe five people in the Hall place so not sure why it was so nasty that early on a Sunday.
I didn’t see any point in taking pictures of the nasty bathroom that wouldn’t be fun for any of us. Again the drinks were awesome. The service was good as well.

Heard em say, “Is it Keith or Karen?” I guess I’m Karen today cause I like my shaken expresso with brown sugar cold foam, my cup lined with caramel, 3 pumps of classic, 3 pumps of brown sugar, and 5 shots. 😖she missed the mark… I still took it and left. Coffee still good…

Um so I looked on the app to see if they were open and it is currently 5:30 it said they stay open till 8pm and I got there and no one was there there was music playing but doors were locked and there was no sign saying it was closed I am very disappointed I really wanted a drink but now I am left to starve and die
