Drinks were great! Forgot to give us a cake pop but no worries. Went back to the counter and got it. The issue that I have is the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in three days. Toilet paper all over the bathroom And it was out of toilet paper. In the dining area, the trash was overflowing almost and it was literally 10:30 AM on a Sunday there was maybe five people in the Hall place so not sure why it was so nasty that early on a Sunday.

Heard em say, “Is it Keith or Karen?” I guess I’m Karen today cause I like my shaken expresso with brown sugar cold foam, my cup lined with caramel, 3 pumps of classic, 3 pumps of brown sugar, and 5 shots. 😖she missed the mark… I still took it and left. Coffee still good…

I love this Starbucks location! The man working the drive-thru window in the mornings that I normally go is always so pleasant and upbeat. My coffee is made perfectly every single time, which isn’t always the case at other locations. I actually go out of my way just to visit this spot because I know I’ll get my drink made right.
