The shakes here are pretty good. I usually get them during happy hour(2-5 pm). The line can be quite long, but it is worth the wait.
I recently went for a cheese burger. Unfortunately, it was luke warm as well as the fries. I am wondering if that is because I went in the evening. I bet they precook everything at night and then just stick in the microwave. Smh. Maybem I will try again during the middle of the day, just to see what happens.

The interior is filthy, sodas are flat, tea was old and disgusting. Burgers were grease filled and the fries were not seasoned. Took a few mins waiting at the counter and shouting to get any assistance. Scanning a receipt to get your drink is also RIDICULOUS. Stay away.

Got those kiosk Menu computers now Absolutely ridiculous that I have to have a receipt to get refills. Got like a little kiosk thing going when you have to scan your receipt to get a drink in the first place locks the soda machine out. customer service was trash. Bathroom was dirty. Food was good. I feel like the burgers have gotten smaller

Not very clean, took forever to get our food that wasn't correct and over cooked chicken. Brought my friends from out of the country here and needless to say a terrible experience.

I waited about 20 minutes in line, just for a Reese’s milkshake & Md fries, & when we finally got to the window the cashier said ‘cookies & cream & a lg fry?’ We said, ‘No, a Reese’s shake & a md fry’, he looked super confused & said ‘I can add a Reese’s shake, so a Cookies & Creme, lg fry, Reese’s shake & md fry?’ So we said ‘there was never a cookies & creme & a lg fry, that’s not what we ordered. He closed the window on us & looked so confused.
I asked for my card & just left because I feel it would have taken longer for him to understand that that isn’t what I ordered & make the correct shake. This place is absolutely absolute ludicrous, go to Sonic instead.
