Every time I come to Steak ’n Shake, the shift leader takes care of me and gets my order very quickly. 🍔🍟 The fries are delicious, the milkshakes are amazing, and the burgers are fantastic. Overall, I love everything about this place. Keep up the great work! 👏

DO NOT GO!!! The guy bringing our food to the car was rude, we then got our food and my sandwich was soggy, looked like it was thrown together, was not cut and just looked awful! I go inside to show them and the same guy tells me that’s how it is. No offer to even fix the problem, I asked, “is this what you serve people?” He said “yeah!”. Not even an offer to cut it as the picture showed. I said this is my first experience and it’s awful and he and all the guys standing in the kitchen literally didn’t care! Honestly so disappointed that this is how people are treated and the food they expect us to pay for. I will not be back and will make sure I continue to tell everyone I meet what terrible food and service you get here. This is a terrible culture. I expected better.

I love a good milkshake! Went in to dine, staff was coming out of restroom area with apron and headset still on which is pretty un sanitary if you ask me. Every table was dirty so we whipped it off ourselves. But other than that milkshakes rock! Also there is a man with a white hat and head set on and he keeps bringing the to go orders outside with gloves he dosent change and touches the walls door handles ect. Then he did it without gloves on!

Watched drive thru wiping everything down with a dirty rag then proceeds to wipe drink tops witht the same dirty rag. The buns were stale and the fries were brown and mushy. I asked for a refund the mgr asked if i would like to wstch them make me another..... The bread is still STALE lady...Ruined my 30min lunch break. Nastiest steak and shalr ive ever been to.

Our first time at Steak & Shake. It exceeded our expectations! I had the best fast food burger and fries ever. And milkshake was delicious. I will eat at Steak & Shake again! I only wish they had them in my state!

One of the few burger places that still serve as a genuinely good burger. So many of the chains have cheapened their food. Stake in shape seems to hold their own with flavor taste excellent service quick food Preparation and friendly staff.

The food is delicious (love the garlic bun) and the prices are so reasonable, especially with the crazy price hikes most fast food places are gouging us with these days.
