They have really improved service here, this girl named Jasmine at the window did an amazing job with the speed and accuracy of my order. Fantastic food and they have an operational milkshake machine unlike Mcdonalds. Great place to get great food!

Donavan at this location was extremely rude to myself and the door dash associate who came to pick up my order. Almost an hour and a half for a 12 dollar order. I wouldn’t recommend this location. The one on Phillips hwy is always on point and polite.

Wow! From the moment we walked in the door and I didn't see a menu, I should have turned around. You are forced to order from a kiosk. Absolutely no service whatsoever. After you order,you get your receipt with a ticket with a scan code on it for your drink. The machine will not work unless you scan your ticket. You are also governed on the amount you may receive. Once the drink situation was figured out, we sat down and waited for our order. Double cheeseburger meal with small fries, single bacon cheeseburger meal with small fries, and a patty melt. $30. Both burgers were ordered the same way. One was correct, and the other was plain. The patty melt was thoroughly enjoyed, and the fries were crispy. Unfortunately, I won't be returning. I also forgot to mention that when ordering at the kiosk, they actually want you to leave a tip for service that isn't received. I'm so confused.

Asking for a tip without full service?? What a joke! My main gripe is that used to the staff would add different mixins for tou for free , like 1 extra. NO WAY for me to add it on at the kiosk except of the SAME kind. Was told they couldn't add nutella to a birthday shake. So damn RIDICULOUS. Waited forever for my food food while the two staff talked about NOTHING!

Steak and Shake used to be revered for good milkshakes and old-school diner atmosphere where the kids would go after movies and late night. The kiosks now provide a cold disconnected environment as well as the extremely dirty lobby and disheveled staff. This place used to hold fond memories for some, but now, my order is completely wrong, food cold, and the ambiance is completely dead. I give steak and shake four more years before they close their doors for good. So sad

this is the worst food ive ever had. i couldnt even eat it. i ordered a double steakburger and it was one sliver of a broken up patty drowned in enough grease to unalive a grown man. the fries were cold as if they were never cooked. no straws or utensils.

Tonight was the worst experience I've ever had at the Steak N shake on San Jose blvd in Jacksonville Florida. For starters myself and another 2 customers placed our orders. Waited so long we went up there because their friends that came in got their food before us. Then our food was cold. The only thing that tasted ok was the milkshake. They need to re-evaluate their night crew because all they do is goof off.
