The western BBQ burger was awesome and wasn't too loaded with random sauces or toppings and held its structure really well, has a nice crunch and was perfectly assembled and cooked. The new tater tots were also golden brown, very crisp on the outside but not too crispy, crunches well, and a soft inside. They could ask us for options when we order though, I had to ask for a cherry on my milkshake; the image for the milkshake has a cherry but they never said an option to add or remove the cherry.

I agree if I could give a zero, I without a doubt 100% would. First they made my burger wrong but also the fries were old, hard and unsalted. I will not be back to this location. It was also very dirty inside.

If I could give a zero, I would. This, without a doubt, was the worst meal I think I have ever had. My mom couldn't even eat hers after 1 bite. The picture included shows the slab of what was supposed to be butter that was put on our burgers. Notice it isn't melted. Cold burgers. Very greasy burgers, fries and onion rings. The place was filthy. They did come out with an announcement that they were shorthanded but still, it was disgusting. Also, you do not have anyone take your order. It is on an automated screen which was so nasty to touch. Filthy. My first and last time at Steak(ha!) and Shake.

This location is absolutely one of the worst! I ate here twice in the last two weeks. Both times they got my order wrong. This last time (today) i waited for 15 mins at the drive through window. When i asked the person at the window what was going on she shrugged and said “ we’s busy”. No apologies, nothing then I drove off and found both my wife and my burger were totally wrong. Trashy place with very poor customer service

It was dirty all around. The floor was so wet I almost slipped. The restroom was disgusting, and the soda machine looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time.
Not having a person to place an order is so unordinary. The floor needed a good mop, but no staff were available. 3 people total. There was no soap in the men's bathroom. The bathrooms, tables, windows were all dirty. 2 fountain drinks were not available. Even a container which held the ketchup was dirty. This location needs a good manager and more staff to do the job. The staff there work hard. They are overlooked and overworked. I did not want to add photos. It was bad.

Every single time I order from this place with Grubhub or DoorDash there’s always something missing from the order. Usually it will be an entire meal like the last few times I have ordered from them. Also the food is always cold by the time you receive it.

Even though we asked Ketchup at the order box and window，we still didn't get any of it. Whole fries are all over the paper bag. It's typical steak and shake for sure.
