Shakes are questionable. They either taste like spoiled milk and we ask for a remake or refund or they don’t put any candy pieces in them and if you ask for extra they won’t do it. Food tastes like straight up butter. Also the employees are rude as well as disrespectful whenever we ask for a remake. And they also make the shakes really watery. They don’t care about their job nor the customers opinions. The only food that seems safe to eat is the fries.

You order your food from a kiosk. The burger was good but the fries were under cooked. The facility was clean.

Everyone was kind and the food/drink came out quick. Not too much customer interaction on the staff’s part though as the kiosk at the front takes your order.The interior of the restaurant wasn’t the cleanest but I’ve seen dirtier and the bathroom was fairly well kept.This is the first time I’ve ever eaten at Steak’nShake and out of all the ‘steak burger’ options out there this is my least favorite. I would liken this to a White Castle caliber meal as opposed to a Wendy’s.The fries were reminiscent of Freddy’s shoelace fries.The shakes are on the thinner side and are more diner style than Freddy’s or Culver’s.In the end, the burger was just not my cup of burger tea.
Always great service but yesterday went to this location and there was a gentleman named storm working the drive thru,he was exceptional,great service and great personality,he is a valuable asset to this

I can't believe how terrible my food was. ? I ordered a garlic butter burger ? and I guess I was foolish to think the meal was seasoned with with dry herbs ? that made the flavor come alive. No the burger was drenched in butter. The bun was soaking wet and the wrapping was completely transparent! I absolutely wouldn't recommend this meal. The only item I'd consume is a shake but even that's questionable. I can't recommend this establishment at all. I believe there has to be some sort of health code violation for serving anyone something so awful.

Lady called every name at my table, got to my name called the number on the ticket someone else picks up my food & her excuse “if your name is difficult we call numbers”, not acceptable to me, if you can’t pronounce you should be on the intercom at all in my
Drove through at 9pm. We dont have shakes right now. The restaurant is literally called steak and shake! They dont close till 10pm. They didnt want to clean the shake machine again. Terrible customer service! This is why the Whataburger across the street is taking all your business! Its a joke, steak and SHAKE lol. Im sure your owner would not appreciate this awful customer service. Why be open till 10 even if your staff are too lazy to clean the shake machine. I love steak and shake burgers, but Im done going to establishments that have all raised their prices, but customer service and food quality are worse than ever. Why do you think Chic-fil-a is killing everyone?

I waited in the drive thru for over 30 minutes for my meal. Not to mention the fact that I watched cook get upset at the drive thru window attendant for forgetting to give me my order, plus she was talking and on her phone. I was late to work on my second job because of the foolishness. Do not support this location.
