Who ever made this Nutella shake 2.22.25 at noon does not know how to make shakes this is going to the trash. Waste of money I suggest going to a different steak n shake for nutella shakes!

Just went thru drive through, you didn't give me the fries with either order and the burgers were cold and flavorless... Hard to imagine a worse burger place.

One step up from McDonald's (barely). Place has drastically declined over the years. Burger was bland. Fries were good. Service is non-existent as now you have to place an order at kiosk and no table service. Could use good cleaning.
