When your name is called you pick up your food. Don't trip over the carpet that has been rolled up so many times that one end bows up off the floor. And they asked if I wanted to leave a tip when I'd placed my own order. This is how the world is now. Get used to it.

No personality left. Don't even have any customer facing people. Dude cooking on grill talking to coworkers and ignores everyone. They call your name and slide across tray of food. Food was good. Just miss the atmosphere. Just a bland lobby feels like gas station bathrrom.

On Nov.9 around 9pm I order a number 10 and got a burger but no meat and the fries were salty as well. The wait was long even doe it was only one car before me but already drive away as I pulled in the drive thru

Just spent $36. On cold burgers all 3 burgers missing bacon that I paid for, fries are overcooked hard rocks. Can't get ahold of anybody as they are not picking up the phone. I called 3x and no answer.. by the way not 1 customer was there when I went. what a waste of money.. definitely NEVER going back

Got the garlic burger, Chili fries and a Coke. Over $12. I normally love steak ‘n Shake in my home area. This location is Awful. I would’ve really appreciated some napkins and utensils in the bag. Normally, everything is juicy and very flavorful. The fries were dry and the cheese was nasty. The hamburger was also dry and not fresh and the whole meal was a waste. Literally the best thing that came out like it normally does was the Coca-Cola. I definitely won’t be returning to this location ever. Not sure if the other two locations in Jacksonville are decent, but this location is definitely a place you should avoid!
The dining room is open until midnight, except for the times they simply decide not to. 10:30 pm, and the doors are locked and seemingly no staff. I get that staff can be tired but this is ridiculous. Change your posted hours because these situations are really disappointing.

This place looks like an abandoned house. Smells really weird and people are not interested in service. They didn't have any buns for burgers, but my kids still wanted milkshakes, so we ordered milkshakes, fries, and a weird chilli, definitely not fresh. Milkshakes were ok. We paid more than we usually pay at Mc Donald's, but the saddest part for me was it used to be an amazing place, with delicious food and my girls even asked me to go there for birthdays. Next time, we will pick a different location
