We had a doctor appointment. We were hungry so we stopped at subway. The people behind the counter were very friendly and polite. We order 3 different sandwiches. They were all delicious, the place was very clean. Yes I recommend this place. The pictures tell the story.

Couldn't find the place.. Google didn't explain that Subway was inside a medical facility
This location does not accept coupons! They don’t bother to tell you this until you get to checkout. Bad business!

Today after my doctor’s appointment at St. Vincent Medical Center (Riverside), I decided to stop at the Subway inside. At first, I was the only customer in line, looking over the menu, when another customer walked in behind me. The staff member skipped over me and started to assist her first. I politely said, “Excuse me, I was here first,” and while he apologized and corrected the mistake, the situation set the tone for what followed.
After placing my order for a meatball sub, I moved down to the register area. At that point, a young man working the register asked me, “What can I help you with?” in a dismissive tone. When I explained that I had already ordered and was just waiting for my sub to come out of the toaster, his response was rude and aggressive. He then questioned me by asking, “Is there a problem?” instead of offering to assist me properly. His tone and delivery came across as disrespectful and unnecessary.
I attempted to address the situation with the manager, who was standing right there. Rather than de-escalating, she raised her voice at me, which only made matters worse. At one point, the same young man shouted from the back of the store, adding to the unprofessionalism.
I felt disrespected as a customer and disappointed by both the staff and management. As a business located inside a hospital, where people come while dealing with health issues, I would expect a much higher standard of courtesy and professionalism. Because of the way I was treated, I ultimately declined the meal and left the store.
I am requesting that this incident be reviewed and addressed appropriately so that no other customer has to go through a similar experience.

This subway is in the st.vincent hospital and I have only got a drink there.

Ordered cold cut combo on flat bread. Flat bread was stale and there wasn’t any salami or ham on the sandwich. Only bologna. Tried calling store to let them know of issue but phone just rings and then hangs up after a while. This is the only outlet to be heard so I am posting. Otherwise I would have kept issue in house

Most Horrible Subway I’ve Been To. With it Being In A Hospital, You Would Think It Will Be More Friendly and Pleasant. No Way Manager Was Loud, Rude, and Obnoxious. Because My Order Was Prepared Wrong, And Hated That They Made A Mistake. Never Again FIRE THE MANAGER!!!Needs More Training Working With The Public.

The people working on April 26 were the worst people I've ever experienced. They were very rude and raised their voice at us and the woman blamed her rudeness on stitches on her thumb. Well, put a band-aid on it and be polite to your paycheck. Will never go there again as long as these people are there. There was an incident when going on when I arrived at the hospital, and then I experienced what evidently was the problem. There was a security guard there.

New Management have really started to turn this place around. Much more clean & organized. They even decorated the old unused deli case for Easter.

I went too order two foot long the food look great even though she was the only one there she was vaping over the food and when she was supposed too toast it. She did bye the time I got up stairs and tired too eat it , it had too be pick at and I am disabled, out too the hospital trying too get a meal. I Love subway but this location is the worst. I have never had an issue, well with meat but that’s different.
