Most unprofessional subway I've been to yet. Set in the middle of the hospital, you'd think they'd be better prepared with their food. Me and 3 of my associates decided to stop by for the new foot long pretzels they have. We had 40 minutes to get our lunch, eat and get back to work. After waiting in line for 10mins, found out they needed to be thawed, so no lunch for us from them...

I would've given the atmosphere 5 stars except this location is in the hospital and I'm always going to associate it with one of the last meals I had when my grandfather passed away. But the service was good and the food was Subway!!

Server apparently was having a bad day. Everything I said irritated her. She than put too much mustard & mayonnaise to where it just dripped out every time we took a bite. She was definitely not there to please the customer. I will not be going back to that Subway. Than while I was sitting there eating she was telling another co-worker how irritated she was because I ask it to be cutin half. Just very rude.IParking: Nothing

Bad customer service, the lady making sandwiches acted as though she didn't want to be there, short and snippy, no smile, asked for a few jalapeños and she loaded it down! An employee who brings their problems or attitude to the job is a huge turn off for customers.Being that it's located in a hospital where no one wants to be the employees should be warm, welcoming and kind...smile! Remember your attitude is contagious and people in the hospital setting can use a little TLC and a smile goes a long way!
