Food was great one guy in particular supposedly named Mars is a GIANT RACIST!!!!I am white I live in a predominantly other ethnic area of Jacksonville and I was never so disrespected in my life by this man and 3 other customers who thought it was funny to make a white girl uncomfortable and then tell her she needs GOD because making racism jokes at my expense was not enough. This racist needs to be FIRED FIRED FIRED FROM THIS STORE AND I HOPE THAT ANY POTENTIAL EMPLOYER FINDS THIS AND FIRES HIM THEN TOO!!!! I will make it known about the RACIST EMPLOYEE AT THIS STORE TO ANYONE WHO I TALK TO AND I TALK FOR A LIVING!!! I hope that people in general decide to boycott this store due to this employee. THIS STORE DOESN'T DESERVE ANY STARS OR RESPECT.

My husband and I both came down with food poisoning!! , On 08/06/2025 I ordered the tuna footlong with Italian cheese and herb bread with extra mayo , pepper jack cheese, spinach, red onion, olives, banana peppers and extra sweet teriyaki sauce. I ate it the day my husband bought it to me and became very ill later on that day up until the end of the following day which was 08/07/2025. The next day 08/08/2025 My husband ordered the footlong Italian sub with Italian cheese and herb bread later that day he became ill up until this morning 08/10/2025. We were both going through it and on top of that I am pregnant! . We just thank God it didn't cause harm to our baby. We're not sure how to go about this matter😩
The manager on Norwood Avenue today Sunday July 12th , was so helpful perfectly made our food too , hands down the best subway I've had in a very long time All the ingredients actually tasted fresh and the placement and balance was so perfect I know it's just subway but this was soooooo good !! This place is awesome compared to the other subways in the area this one is the best !! Subway Norwood avenue 12:19 Pm ❤️❤️❤️ 10/10 perfection

Been here like 15 times, everytime I go to this location they have trouble "sourcing ingredients" not once have they had fresh mozzarella.. this location kinda ruined subway for me..

My mom and I visited this location today. The staff was courteous and personable and the dining area was spotless! I ordered an Italian BMT salad and my mom had a turkey, bacon and avocado sub with lots of fresh veggies. I never write reviews but I had to give them their “props”…….Keep up the good work ??
Vegetarian options: Iceberg lettuce, red onions, banana peppers, black olives, spinach, green bell peppers, and fresh, ripe tomatoes.
