This Subway is supposed to close at 8:00 on Sunday night the door was unlocked I walked inside the employee tells me they can't serve me their closed I don't understand I'm sure the people that own it don't feel the same way

Holy Kupcake Sweets

For starters let’s talk about the rude rotten mouth lady. She told me after I paid and looked at my receipt that the kids meal wasn’t really $5.99 but it was separately charged so according to her she charged me on my receipt for the kids meal then added only a chip to save me money although every other location has one charge and items she was doing me a favor only after I looked at my receipt and had paid $7.50 for the kids meal then gets smart. When we walked in she was rolling her eyes didn’t speak and started out with what we can’t have in the kids meal upon ordering. They should work in the hygiene of the employees she should have on a mask and shouldn’t be eating while serving customers.

I went there to grab a half sandwich because I was running an errand close by. Had the sandwich, didn’t have anything before or after. A few hours after getting home I have none stop diarrhea and nausea. I’m not allergic to anything I ordered and it’s a sandwich I’ve gotten before at other Subway restaurants. The tables were dirty to begin with.
Upon researching and coming to read the reviews I realize they’re not the most pleasant. I didn’t have that experience but something is off with that sandwich.

Got the subway club, which comes with roast beef….. IDK WHAT ROAST BEEF THAT WAS BUT….. it was completely mushy. Fake meat I suppose. U could literally tear a chunk and slide it between your fingers UGH‼️

I worked 11 hours in the beatdown sun on a ship today.

I couldn't decide what I wanted for dinner and I said well I'll get Subway so I'll have it for tomorrow

This sandwich is of such bad quality I won't even feed it to my dog.

Additionally the girl that was behind the counter it was like I was bothering her ordering my sandwich she had nothing nice to say ; no hello, know nothing!!!

The total was $18.02 but as I looked down at the little register it said 2002 so she was trying to get me for $2 how pathetic.

I will not go back to that Subway for nothing.. I used to go there once or twice a month.. my guy goes there twice a week cuz he likes it so much.

Whoever you are whatever your name was I'm going to pray for you now that I've made this review because how horrible.

I did not put your application in for that job I did not interview you for that job.

The owner is super rude. I would absolutely avoid it! When you walk in the place is dirty to begin with which is the first red flag and not surprising considering how we were just treated in there.

This location keeps making their sandwiches thinner and thinner. They may as well have just given me a hoagie roll. This is the second time in a row I’ve gotten a sandwich with barely any meat or toppings on it. I won’t be returning.

Customer service is great but I ordered the new spicy nacho chicken. Should have stuck to what I normally buy. It was disgusting paid 12$ too one bite an told them awe he'll naw threw it in the trash ended up buying what I normally get turkey and ham. They need to take that off the menu; spicy nacho my stomach bihh my other sandwich should have been free or discounted or something I was not a satisfied customer and I ate inside...but I paid with no attitude because it's not their fault scyler was OK

I placed an order through the Subway app. The order accidentally went to this location. As soon as I realized, I immediately called them and asked to stop making the order because I was about one hour away and couldn’t make the drive. They replied that we they already ready started making it and I cannot request refund. I asked to speak to the manager but to my absolute shock he refused. The girl on phone refused to give me her name or his name. She even accused me of being rude for calling in to cancel the order. I am still shocked that this happened. Subway is supposed to be this world class sandwich chain with exceptional customer service. Today I have found out first hand that it is NOT so. Today the manger at this store has shown me what Subway Brand really thinks of its customers. It is such a travesty.
