Customer service is great but I ordered the new spicy nacho chicken. Should have stuck to what I normally buy. It was disgusting paid 12$ too one bite an told them awe he'll naw threw it in the trash ended up buying what I normally get turkey and ham. They need to take that off the menu; spicy nacho my stomach bihh my other sandwich should have been free or discounted or something I was not a satisfied customer and I ate inside...but I paid with no attitude because it's not their fault scyler was OK

I placed an order through the Subway app. The order accidentally went to this location. As soon as I realized, I immediately called them and asked to stop making the order because I was about one hour away and couldn’t make the drive. They replied that we they already ready started making it and I cannot request refund. I asked to speak to the manager but to my absolute shock he refused. The girl on phone refused to give me her name or his name. She even accused me of being rude for calling in to cancel the order. I am still shocked that this happened. Subway is supposed to be this world class sandwich chain with exceptional customer service. Today I have found out first hand that it is NOT so. Today the manger at this store has shown me what Subway Brand really thinks of its customers. It is such a travesty.

My daughter and I visited this Subway for the first time yesterday and had an excellent experience. The woman who worked there, Josie, was very welcoming, a great salesperson, extremely personable, and ran the store all by herself. She offered us a sample of the aioli and spoke highly of various menu items she liked as we were deciding what to order. This location was not crowded like the other Subways we usually visit, and we didn’t feel rushed. I will definitely return to this particular location in the future!! ?

The owner there Paul is very very cheap and it’s a health concern. For starters , subway is increasing the prices of their sandwiches . Paul the manager can’t keep business because the customers are complaining the prices are to high . To comply with subway corporatation . His store is supposed to accept coupons. If paul the manager is having a bad day he would tell customers we don’t accept certain coupons. If the coupon is boho free he shorts the meat . For example . Hotshot Italiano comes with 12 pep , 12 salami . He would instruct employees to 10, 10 to even out the prices and make some money . Paul does not accept get a free anything coupon . No questions asked . The reason why it would be a health concern is If bread would fall to the floor he would wait until customer leave and instruct employees to put the bread back on the bread rack . The manager would instruct employees if a person get a sandwich and they ask for tuna , then the customer changes their mind after putting tuna on the bread . He would put the sandwich to the side . Make another sandwich after the customer leaves scoops the tuna back into the pan , then put that Bread with the scraped off tuna back in the bread rack. Cookie trays do not get cleaned what so ever they will remain in the case . Cookies don’t get put up either , they remain in the trays over night .

As former employee of the store, I would like to let people that wanted a job or wanted to get food from there to think twice the manager the store manager Paul is a cheapskate he cuts, the turkey, ham, and most meats that need to be cut too thin he told us to put less meat on the bread. He enforced the use of expired old, nasty food, and for anyone that wants to work there he controls the tips and the amount he pays. He stole seven hours from me and never paid me back said I was making $12. My first check was $11 and when I confronted him he did not want to talk through text because he does not want any paper trail of him doing anything illegal so I would say stay away at all cost from this location and the beaver one as well cause he owns that location too
