The staff at this location is completely unprofessional. When we picked up our order, the staff behind the counter were dressed in plain clothes and didn’t even seem like they worked there. They had their families sitting in the restaurant and their children running back behind the counter. I ordered at 12:50 and was given a quote time of 1:05 pm. We arrived at 1:10 pm and they said the meatballs weren’t hot and did we want something else. Instead of just microwaving them, they gave us cold meatballs. The other sub was an entire mess and coated in sauce on the top. You wouldn’t be able to even tell the staff from customers had they not been behind the counter. This restaurant needs some serious looking in to as it is a health code violation to have children or untrained workers handling food.
Paid almost 20 bucks for a Philly for them to sprinkle enough meat for maybe a 6 inch on a foot long and call it a day. Waste of my hard earned money and honestly disrespectful.

Ordered a sandwich through Uber with no cheese since I'm allergic. Of course it came with cheese because they don't pay attention. So I ended up having to drive up there, After paying for delivery, to get it fixed. What happens next is wild. I let the male cashier know I ordered off uber and I'm allergic to cheese and I need the sandwich remade. He looks at the receipt and sees my wife's sandwich with cheese and start ls to argue. So I had to show him how to read his own receipt and see there is 2 sandwiches. So, the female sandwich maker takes the sandwich, picks the cheese off, then hands it back. I was dumbfounded atp. I say, ma'am I'm allergic to cheese. Simply removing the slices isn't going to help. So the male says if I want another sandwich I have to pay for it. Im like , for your mistake? He got mad like it wasn't their mistake. So I trashed the sandwich and left. These are the worst restaurant owners I've ever come across. How they got a business to run is beyond my understanding. Stay away from here if you value your health. They obviously don't care.

I’M VERY PISSED OFF! I WAS THERE ON JUNE,2 @ ABOUT 2:00/2:30 THE OLD LADY MAKING MINE AND MY HUSBANDS SAID THREW OUR SANDWICH TOGETHER. I CAN’T EVEN BITE THIS BREAD ITS SO HARD LIKE ITS OLD AS HELL. TODAY IS MY BIRTHDAY AND THIS IS WHAT I WANTED AND SHE DIDNT DO RIGHT AT ALL. SHE DIDNT EVEN GIVE ME THE RIGHT BREAD. I REALLY HATE I WASTED MY MONEY BECAUSE I HAD TO THROW THAT FOOD IN THE TRASH A DOG COULDNT EVEN EAT IT!

So last night after getting released from hospital from having surgery I tried to order the buy one get 50% off online and the app was not working
So I sent my mother up to the store to order the food for me
When she arrived to the store she called me and put me on the phone with the guy working in the store and I explained the online system was not working if he would honor the promotion and he responded NO that was online only and I again explained it was not working and he advised there was nothing he could do about that.
So needless to say I had my mother leave the store- Never again will I go to this store as the service is not customer friendly.
But In the long run I was able to order online from firehouse sub and must now say they will be my new sub location not only a great sub but friendly and accommodating service!!

I really like location.And thou only been here .A few times with family.It is a clean and friendly place. And food is done right.And they work well .As a team ,help each other.And it will be a nice place.To let others know.It has handicapped access.And tables .And rest rooms are nice ,clean.And next door to publix,As well easy in ,out parking .That is a plus too.

I ordered online and went to pick up my order from the store manager. I got home and seen that there was toppings i did not order. Took my sub back and I was told that the truck did not come and they only have 3 things. Instead of telling your customer you do not have what they ordered they made me a sub with what they had, olives, lettuce and bell peppers. I took my sub back and was told I could not get a refund. I am without food and my money. This place should be shut down . I will also file a compliant with the BBB

I ordered a footlong teriyaki chicken double meat add bacon with American Cheese,lettuce,pickles, onions, ranch, mayo, and sweet onion sauce. These people for starters didn't get close to double meat none the less close to just the regular amount of meat. My sandwich had 4 pieces of chicken on it, and then they proceeded to not only short the meat the only put the chicken and bacon on one side and then all the toppings I asked for on the other side and had the audacity to charge $24 for this crap. Pics included so you can see the masterpiece they delivered to my house. Rocket scientist must work at this location.

Done with Subway. DO NOT ORDER FROM THE APP. Most locations run out of major ingredients and the app won't always tell you when they are out of ingredients and then the store can't or won't cancel the order. Now I'm out cash with no food for my kids and need to stop by the next day to see a manager to get my money back. 2nd time this has happened at this location. Subway doesn't care but one more customer lost.
