Rudest subway in Jax . Asked for Italian herbs and cheese bread and the miserable worker said “you just saw me pull it out the oven didn’t you” will never go to this location again and encourage others to do the same

Watch out they dont wash their hands!I went to my neighborhood Subway at 6132 Merrill Rd Suite 4 Jacksonville FL 32277. There was a lady and a younger guy working. They helped everyone in front of me and then made me stand there alone while the lady went in the back to eat and he made Togo sandwiches. When it was my turn I had to repeat everything I was saying and he seemed to be very frustrated when I said he put on too much mayo. I then made a comment that I patiently waited and that the attitude was unnecessary. The lady came out the back (where I could see her eating) and she started bagging cookies for the Togo order and then started making a sandwich. I told them that I didn't want my order and that she didn't wash her hands. The lady then proceeded to yell at me that the sandwich was for herself. I told her that the sign says "All Employees Must Wash Hands Before Returning to work" and I asked for her name. She just started yelling that I need to mind my business. She refused to give me her name, he refused his name, both refused to give me the store number and threatened to have me removed. I instead sat right in the restaurant quietly and posted this complaint.

Yesterday I had the worst experience I’ve ever had at a subway in 20 years. I placed a mobile order and it was supposed to be ready at 2:15. When I arrived at 2:10, the lady working had started my order, but was prioritizing people walking in after me. This led to me waiting over half an hour for my order, even though mine should’ve been made first. I was not acknowledged when I came in, and she was moving extremely slow which led to the line building quickly. She even fought with one of the customers to the point of them walking out because she refused to make their sandwich untoasted, and then put the chicken on that sandwich back into the line which would be an issue for anyone with a gluten allergy. She then caught an attitude with me when another customer she tried help before me told her I’d already been waiting, and I told her I was the pick up she never finished, saying I should’ve said something, like I wasn’t the only pickup in the store. On top of all of this, both my orders were completely wrong, and needless to say I won’t be coming back to this location. Hope that woman gets fired, or at the very least some serious retraining. Multiple items were also out of stock.

Whoever manages this store needs to find competent workers. Got her at 11am for lunch and it’s noon, not one single person showed up. Quit hiring crackheads and get some decent people. Absolute waste of space and oxygen hiring these lazy morons.

So I arrived at 8:00 p.m. sharp on December 1st 2023, There is a sign on the door that says "will return" at 8:03 p.m. at 10 minutes past 8:00 someone finally comes to the door and asks are you waiting for me... Which I responded yes... He then asked me " do you have a pickup " I said no I do not... He then replied " well I'm on break and it's only me here".. so as I'm leaving he finally changes the " will return " sign to 8:32 p.m.... I'll just go down to the road to the other one that is more than likely ready to take my order and actually serve a customer... I fully understand taking your break... But if that was the case then just have the correct time on the "will return" sign that you put up... That is not too much to ask.
