Ordered Sub thru Subway website for delivery. It was not delivered. I called Store and they told me it was not their issue and to contact Doordash. I didn’t order thru doordash so I had to leave work and drive up to the Subway only to be treated horribly by the manager Kayla. She yelled at me that she didn’t work for doordash and it wasn’t her problem. When I AGAIN tried to explain I ordered directly through Subway. She yelled across the store “ Not my problem” It’s now a month and 1/2 later and I still have no refund. Although my bank did tell me the charge was initially voided later that day but SOMEONE at Subway reprocessed it as a new charge several hours later. I’m guessing it was Kayla stealing my money by knowing reprocessing a voided error. Subway lost a weekly customer over this nonsense. Hopefully I get refund eventually.

I am giving 2 stars for good customer service. However, I have never been to a subway where the meats and cheeses are hidden behind the stainless cover through the glass and we are unable to see anything. It's pretty hard to pick exactly what you want without viewing the items. When I got home I was very disappointed because the roast beef looked very old and had I been able to see it I would have chosen a different menu item. If this doesn't change we won't be back. Every customer should be able to see their product prior to the purchase at Subway

Only go here if you have at least an hour lunch break because you will be in line for 30 minutes just to order your sandwich. Hopefully management will hire some staff for minimum the lunch crowd.

Their freshly brewed sweet and unsweetened tea tastes superb, definitely the best of any local restaurant or other fast food establishment.

I come visit Jacksonville once a month with my family sometimes for lunch we get subway. Last time we got it there was a lady very helpful and sweet. But this time there was a darker bigger man helping us. There were flys all around and in the food. One in the cookie stand. One on the bacon (which didn’t look to appealing).. and he was just saying random stuff that didn’t make sense AT ALL.. and the end he asked if we want chips or a drink we told him 2 pretzels. He just sighed and did a circle. He told us it’ll take too long to make because there were 2 ladies behind us waiting.. so we did not get the pretzels we wanted, he told us it would be on him next time.

I came in for a DoorDash pickup and it took nearly 30 minutes beyond my scheduled delivery to get the food. In the meantime, I had to stall and apologize to the customer because they didn’t have enough bread made. In a sandwich shop. Where that’s the main thing they sell.

Stopped in for a turkey Italian sub and was disappointed since this store does it differently than any subway I go to anywhere. But Wonyetta had great customer service and did her best to make my experience here a good one, she needs a raise. But there should still be Italian dressing for this sub or salad. There was another employee there but wasn't really helping but arguing with a Walmart employee in front of customers so there was a lil wait but it was worth it.
