My order was fresh, flavorful, and prepared exactly the way I wanted. You can really tell they care about quality and customer service. I love this subway. Even though it’s located inside the Walmart I will still go to this location because of the manager Kayla. She’s one of the sweetest people that works there. She always greets her customer with a smile. This location is also very clean compared to some of the other locations that I have been to. Ask for Kayla when you get there. You won’t be disappointed!!

Ordered Sub thru Subway website for delivery. It was not delivered. I called Store and they told me it was not their issue and to contact Doordash. I didn’t order thru doordash so I had to leave work and drive up to the Subway only to be treated horribly by the manager Kayla. She yelled at me that she didn’t work for doordash and it wasn’t her problem. When I AGAIN tried to explain I ordered directly through Subway. She yelled across the store “ Not my problem” It’s now a month and 1/2 later and I still have no refund. Although my bank did tell me the charge was initially voided later that day but SOMEONE at Subway reprocessed it as a new charge several hours later. I’m guessing it was Kayla stealing my money by knowing reprocessing a voided error. Subway lost a weekly customer over this nonsense. Hopefully I get refund eventually.

I am giving 2 stars for good customer service. However, I have never been to a subway where the meats and cheeses are hidden behind the stainless cover through the glass and we are unable to see anything. It's pretty hard to pick exactly what you want without viewing the items. When I got home I was very disappointed because the roast beef looked very old and had I been able to see it I would have chosen a different menu item. If this doesn't change we won't be back. Every customer should be able to see their product prior to the purchase at Subway
