I stopped in this Subway on a day when it was over 100° outside, bought a sub and cookies, and simply asked for a cup of water from the drink machine. They refused and told me I could only have water if I bought a bottled one. I’ve never experienced this at any other Subway — especially after purchasing food. Very disappointing and poor customer service. Future customers, be aware.

I do not recommend this particular subway... Women with red weave and skinny black lady are not welcoming... If you want your sandwich made by women with poor attitudes... Come to this subway... My sandwich wasn't made right.. bread was hard and service was horrible..

I rarely have any problems that I have spoken on about this subway but the last two visits at this location was not good my last visit before today the guy was sitting down he looked like a customer and told me the system was down and continued sitting so I’m waiting on some one to help me an I was there a while waiting then he got up and helped me an while he was helping he kept going back and forth between my sandwich and his phone with the same gloves on he make my sandwich turn around touching his phone to change the music that was so loud I could not hear him barely then he tells me if I continue to wear subway I could lose some weight an told me how he lost weight eating subway an I should try eating it every day
Then today I walked in an the older lady with glasses asked was I using coupons and I said yes and she told me I could not order anything but tuna and meatballs sandwiches and cold cut and I can not order no menu number and I told her no one ever told me that and I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich yesterday with a couple and the coupons only says you can not order a snack sandwich or the beast or the oven roasted beef an she also told me I had to order off the build you own menu which had the grilled chicken I wanted an I was trying to tell the lady that but she had a attitude and walk off went in the back got on the phone and didn’t come back up had me standing there for a while then a younger lady came in she ignored me to while she was talking on her phone threw here EarPods an then she went in the back were the other lady was and started talking about me then I waited on them both to come back up then the older lady came back up an started cutting meat and she acting like she did hear me say excuse me but can you explain to the person on the phone an the lady got a bigger attitude an said build you own is where I need to order an she walked off went in the back and got boxes an went outside an took her time coming back so I can leave both ladies was no help an rude and she told me to call 1 800 subway so I went to another location

I LOVEEE Subway so much, I may be a bit bias honestly but I CANNOT get enough of it. This Subway has great customer service, they listen very well to my order and do not give attitude along with the great food they serve.
