I LOVEEE Subway so much, I may be a bit bias honestly but I CANNOT get enough of it. This Subway has great customer service, they listen very well to my order and do not give attitude along with the great food they serve.

5/1/2024 I stop at this location to get food for my family and I, the cashier on staff was very rude and smelt like alcohol the cashier was rude and screaming at a customer who had been there before me the customer wanted a refund the cashier refused to give it to her so she had to call the police to get her money back. This is getting out of hand I seriously think someone from corporate needs to do a check in on all their stores. 05/01/2024 during alteration with the customer and after the police left I counted you lost 10 customers due to this cashier and her problem with being of service to ppl who just want to eat at your establishment. To find out her problem refer to photo below. Zoom in to the bottom right between the legs of the table. I didn’t order I just went somewhere else .

As was mentioned, terrible customer service, the dude won’t talk, or make eye contact, cannot multi task. The vegetables looked terrible, bits of food misplaced into everything. The lettuce was brown and withered. It took 20 minutes to make my sandwich and another 5 minutes to pay, in a line with only 4 people.

3/11/24 lunch hour HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! No hello, welcome in, what would you like, bye, come again, have a great day or nothing. Just what bread…looks…. Cheese….looks…. get down to toppings just get a look. Not engaging AT ALL I’m not looking for a therapy season because that holds up the line, and I don’t want to hear about your weekend lol but say something. THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO AMP IT UP ESPECIALLY BEING ACROSS FROM A SENIOR MEDICAL OFFICE AND TWO MORE WITHIN 4-5 miles of each other. We all have something going on and some people are just horrible to deal with but you signed up for the job and when I was in there every customer was pleasant but the two women working. Its very few options for lunch around here don’t need sucky service too.
