3/11/24 lunch hour HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! No hello, welcome in, what would you like, bye, come again, have a great day or nothing. Just what bread…looks…. Cheese….looks…. get down to toppings just get a look. Not engaging AT ALL I’m not looking for a therapy season because that holds up the line, and I don’t want to hear about your weekend lol but say something. THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO AMP IT UP ESPECIALLY BEING ACROSS FROM A SENIOR MEDICAL OFFICE AND TWO MORE WITHIN 4-5 miles of each other. We all have something going on and some people are just horrible to deal with but you signed up for the job and when I was in there every customer was pleasant but the two women working. Its very few options for lunch around here don’t need sucky service too.

If I could leave 0 stars I would but you can't we Oder our food on the app at 3:30 and it's 4:33 and im still waiting on my sub I go and complain about the wait and I just get rude responses saying the customer that walk in are before my order that was placed an hour ago worse management I've ever see if you work in the food industry before you'd know online orders are just as important as in person customer specially if they've been in your store for 45 mins.

Hospitalized to have my 12th surgery last week due to US Army experiences. My future wife remembers the ingredients so, she ordered my go-to meal from Subway. Veggie delight. 2 bags of original lays chips. They didn't bring my chips even tho she paid for them. I love eating chips with my sandwich. Sometimes I put the chips IN my sandwich! But NOOOOOOOO! NOT today! Ok. Fine!Fast forward to today. I ordered the usual. Veggie delight. Same toppings. 2 bags of original lays. 2 macadamia nut cookies. Asked my son if he wanted anything. He ordered the BLT. What did you think they brought me today?! Correct. Everything except what I ordered! No CHIPS. NO COOKIES... Yet it was purchased. Said so right on the receipt.So, forgive me for having a chip on my shoulder but I'm not ordering anything from the two stores in these locations (Kings road & Margaret Street) EVER AGAIN!

This Subway is usually a good store but the service is ruined by the tall middle aged balding man that can’t get bc the orders right. He claims they were out of meat other than meatballs but he just removed all of the cold cuts around 7:20 pm. My order was placed an hour and a half before this time. This Subway is a good store but if you see this man, just leave because you will get mediocre service.

This the WORST store. I ordered a tuna 12 inch sub. The sub was prepared and delivered with NO TUNA!I have called the store 5x but no one answers. I am handicapped and cannot make a blank trip.
