I haven’t had subway in a while so I was really excited when I received a some coupons in the mail and saw they now had pretzels and churros. I placed an order for pick up, and my hubby went to go pick up the food. (We don’t live far away and he left to go get it as soon as I paid for the order)I about broke my dang teeth taking a bite into pretzel, that thing was so stale and they didn’t give me any cheese for it.Was hopeful the churro would be better — NOPE! same thing. My sandwich was cold.Also ordered the 12 pack of cookies — those were the only fresh things in my entire order lol.Hubby also says the staff were standing around talking the entire time as well.

Walked up to an unattended counter, waited 10 minutes. The Man and Lady proceeded to argue that me and my father was not waiting. Then proceed to disrespect talk about us to one another right in front of us as they made our meal. I asked if there was a number or something I could call and the man then proceeded to be rude directly to me. They would not give me their names or who I could call. At check out he dumped my change in my hand and smerked. (They are still talking about me and my father during this) The only reason I bought the meal was so that maybe I could get info off the reciept.

Google needs to allow zero stars. I placed an order online. I get charged twice, but then my order gets canceled. I call no answer, I go to the store and it's set up for work but no one behind the counter. This store is ridiculous. They need better people working here or shut it down. I will reach out to whoever is in charge of this store.

I went in there around 11:30 to get a bacon egg and cheese, the guy took my order and was friendly enough. Then the cashier woman (who was texting and not doing a damn thing) chimed in about breakfast being over at 11 and pointed to the sign. And? I've always ordered that at any subway I go to and never was told that. It's not that I don't believe that's the policy, but why would you take my order if you don't want to serve it to me? She did nothing anyways, the guy made the sandwich and rang me up while she leaned on the make table texting. Not a customer in the place. Subway, if you don't want my business I'll go somewhere else, there are better options out there. I actually thought that subway was pretty decent and was never told any nonsense like that before, but I won't be back there.

Slow service due to new employee as well as no acknowledgement to any of the customers as they were waiting in line. Apparently on this day the DM or owner of this franchise showed up unannounced and let the staff know that they were not up to par.

You can see where it says its open right! I order online. Order was recieve than stated now building. Heading to location which is inside a shells gas station. No one is at subway I asked the guy behind the registrar at shells where atr the workers. He says there closed.. wow!! So how do I get my refund an points that's was taken for my order
i love subway! it’s one of my fave things to eat. never in my 19 years of being alive have i had an order messed up so bad? me and my bf ordered and they switched around the ingredients of our subs. he ordered white bread and got herbs and cheese (i got white bread when i ordered herbs and cheese) he asked for no pickles (he really hates them) and there was no cheese on his steak and cheese. the food was still good! but i also got the wrong cookie. me and my bf are both picky eaters which is why we choose subway when we order food so it was just disappointing. staff was nice. i’d still come to subway just because it’s yummy , but once again just disappointed. they also didn’t give me da hot sauce but it’s ok cause i had some at home ;-; also gave me the wrong cheese and gave him banana peppers when he despises them. all love though ik in food service we can have tough days and mistakes can be made
