EXTREMELY OVERRATED LOCATION. CAME IN AND ORDERED MY MOM A MEATBALL SUB. WHITE LADY MADE IT. HAD SOME FAT, BLK LADY SUPPOSED TO RING IT UP. THE WHITE LADY TOLD HER 3 TIMES WHAT I HAD. HERE COMES MS. PIGGY. SHE CAN'T HEAR. SHE DOESN'T KNOW WHAT I GOT. I SAID THE LADY JUST TOLD YOU 3 TIMES WHAT I HAD- MIND YOU THIS IS AFTER I REPEATED IT AS WELL. THEN AS USUAL, HERE COMES LOUD, GHETTO, DRAMA, WALK AWAY FOOLISHNESS. GLAD SHE WALKED AWAY AND NEXT TIME I'LL TAKE MY MONEY FURTHER DOWN SAN JOSE BLVD TO GET AWAY FROM IGNORANT, LOUD, NON LISTENING HOOD BOOGERS.

I just left and, "Elizabeth " (that's what she said her name is) is new and terrible! She didn't smile, had a totally lame vibe, spoke in a moody tone. Her mask was under her chin & I asked her, "aren't you supposed to be wearing your mask"? She said, "NO". I told her she was supposed to be wearing it and why was she wearing it under her chin, she replied, "where is your mask"? I told her mines in the car, I've been wearing it all day and it's wet & sweaty and I told her I'm behind glass, your the one with your face over food. She she was rude, sloppily wrapped my sandwich which was exposed. After she rang me up another customer came in, I looked over while getting my drink and she was on her phone! When she saw I was watching her she put it down & walked over to serve the customer, without washing her hands!!! I stared her down and she came back & washed her hands. I miss the old staff, they became friends with my 15 year old daughter and I. They were always so kind and happy to be serving everyone, always upbeat! Chuck and Molli were the best! So was Devan! I hope they hire better staff because Elizabeth is doing an awful job! If you don't like your job & don't want to follow the rules (ESPECIALLY WITH COVID SO BAD!!@) then get another job!

They were out of most veggies, cheese, and only 2 types of stale bread we wanted. Barely any meat on a tuna sub! More mayo and lettuce and stale bread! A horrible subway! I would not recommend this subway or the one next to Loretto rd off San jose blvd.
