I ordered 2 6 inches that wasn’t even a full 6inch for $20 that’s the first thing 2, my sandwich was soaked in dressing, I had to remind the employee to put bacon on my chicken bacon ranch and there’s onions on my sandwich when I didn’t ask for it. And when I tried to call the phone doesn’t work This store needs to be closed entirely I wasted a whole sandwich.

I brought my family here to eat lunch and I have not seen such pleasant service my kids where a little on the loud side (special needs) I kept telling them to calm down and be quite and it warmed my heart when Patricia and Sharon said there fine there kids they are not hurting anyone it was very comforting when they spoke to our children and brought them there food the kids talked about this for the whole day thank you lady's your both great never let anyone steal your shine

I was having a very bad day and stop at this Subway to get a bite to eat. The service I received blew me out of the water. The manager was very welcome and patient with me. I recommend if you want fast friendly service stop here the 2 women that work the day shift are great. ILL DEFINITELY BE GOING BACK .......

The 2 ladies up front that had been working since the morning shift were an absolute pleasure. They made my family's sandwiches to perfection. Their supervisor was a peach, too. I'm new to Jax, and this is my favorite Subway. 10 outta 10.👍

I normally don’t leave reviews, but this Subway at 5351 Normandy Blvd (Store #668) is one of the most unprofessional and unsanitary locations I’ve ever seen. The building is extremely dirty, and the overall environment feels neglected. You can tell cleanliness and basic maintenance aren’t priorities here — the floors, counters, and food areas are often messy and poorly managed.
Management is also very unprofessional and handles issues with employees and customers in a way that feels dishonest and careless. There’s no accountability or respect, and it shows in how the store is run. Even the cameras don’t work, which says a lot about how little oversight there is.
On a positive note, this location does show compassion by welcoming and feeding homeless individuals who come in. That’s a kind thing to do, and they deserve credit for that. But despite that generosity, the store’s overall condition and management problems still make it an unpleasant and unprofessional environment.
I would not recommend this location to anyone until corporate steps in and makes serious changes. Subway can do better than this.

Asked for some extra condiments and toppings. Was told no by the employee. Worst subway sandwich I’ve ever had. Had to go home and add mayonnaise to even make it edible. Employee was super rude.
Worst subway to go into Jacksonville!! Not only is it a very dirty atmosphere, the professionalism, or lack there of,is a disgrace! You should be embarrassed to have employees work for your company like that! How embarrassing!!!! I will NEVER go here again! Not to mention your staff trying to fight your customers is very shameful!!!!

Wouldn't come here if it was the last Subway in Jax . Both women working were just sitting around ,the one acted like she was going to walk outside ,but of course went and sat down . They shouldn't have such dirty workers touching other food
