Atmosphere has went down hill since y'all fired the guys. These new people are low key rude, I like smiles and conversation. And act like I'm bothering them because I want my sub how I want it, not the "way" you were taught. I'm ready to apply for a job. They don't understand, MY FIRST JOB was Subway, many moons ago. MY FAVORITE JOB by far!!! And why there's no sense of urgency or some speed in these Florida people?? I love a NY minute, they don't do that here.

The place is being remodeled and everything is thrown outside, I don't think it is appropriate and more so in a food facility. A worker treated us like garbage just because we spoke Spanish in front of her. I am an American Citizen just like her. The difference is that if I have values and principles I will never really go to that place again and I am seriously thinking about never going to a Subway again. Places to eat bread, there are plenty in the United States

So the girl working around 2 o'clock today was horrible. I mean just the worst I've ever experienced. it's like she hates people and hates her job. My food was thrown together like slop and she put like 200 olives on there when i just asked for olives. I'm not coming back to this one. I could barely even eat my food.

I went here for my daughter a foot long ham and bacon it's called the pickle ball, on wheat bread I normally get alot of lettuce,spinach,tomatoes,pickles, a little mayo and mustard. But with the spinach, I like it cut up small, similar to the lettuce, and I like the tomatoes firm. I kept having to ask the young girl to cut the spinach up more than what she was doing to the point I was just like, "Don't worry about it. When I asked if she knew what firm tomatoes were, her response was I don't cut them. I'm just like, what? I don't know what that has to do with what I asked, but okay. Then you charged my extra for the bacon..

Today I taught my kids a lesson on good customer service and how a business should treat their customers... We went to my favorite Subway on Normandy Blvd and Lenox Ave ....we were treated with respect even Drake said he felt appreciated here. The bathrooms were available for customers and the ladies in there were great the boys got their sandwich with no problem and no accusations or prejudice evaluations. Thank you subway my boys left relieved, full and happy. After being treated so badly at Subway facility on Wilson and Lane it was great to show my kids what real customer service is likeKid-friendliness: The workers in this facility were so patient with my kids listening to what they wanted and encouraging them while I was teaching them about transactions and how to pay with a meal with a card also teaching them about tips. They treated my children like customers and showed them what real customer service is no matter your age after them being treated so badly at the Subway on Wilson and Lane my boys left Subway at Normandy and Lenox relieved,happy and with a positive outlook on basic respect customers deserve.Thank you so much

What, is this the only subway in town that doesn't serve breakfast sandwiches? Looked at me like I was crazy for ordering "we don't have eggs here." Not a huge deal, but I just had an issue with the subway in cassat yesterday and thought I would come here and give subway another chance, but I think I'm good. I don't even know how they stay in business, there's never anybody there (in most locations like everywhere) and it seems like trying to get what you want there in general is a hassle for one reason or another.

Im a regular subway customer but first time to this location and food was trash, I placed order online so I didn’t see when they were making them ,but bread wasn’t even fully baked pale as white paper, barely any vegetables and a pile of mayo looks totally gross, we threw sandwiches away after first bite, shut this place down!

Visited this location twice in the past 3 weeks, and both times I was highly impressed by the service. Fast, efficient, and friendly - something other locations don't have. I'll be going out of my way to get subs from here from now on.
